Iberostar Waves Las Dalias -All Inclusive

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The animations were fantastic, especially Simon, who was brilliant and kept the whole family laughing and entertained. We had a great time! Highly recommended.

The people at this hotel are very friendly which makes for a good experience. The food is average, the drinks are very good. The entertainment is hysterical and cheapens the experience. Think the “okey kokey” at 8:30pm. The pool area is very busy. The rooms are tiny and the guest floors and rooms look more like a 3*. The location is very good and we had a pleasant time. I won’t come back as we’re after something a little more refined.

Hotel clean but there is loud music EVERY night until 11pm that can be heard in every ‘sea view room’. Not suitable for children that might want to sleep before this time.

Our first stay at this hotel and we would definitely return, food was lovely so much choice, hotel very clean rooms lovely , great pool area , staff were amazing at this hotel from the entertainment staff, bar staff , restaurant staff and the cleaners , everyone was just so welcoming, good choice of drinks , nuts and crisps were a good added extra with your drinks , a central location, beach down the road , would definitely recommend

We visited with our 7 month old and from start to finish the staff were exceptional. They were so kind helping and greeting our baby everyday at breakfast, around the pool and in the bar. They couldn’t do enough for you and they all work so hard. The communal areas were well looked after and very clean. Entertainment - if you want a quiet hotel this is not for you. It is a fun loud hotel with so much going on. The entertainment team work so hard and are lovely but are not pushy. There are activities for adults and children from day to night. It can be loud up until around 10:30pm. Pool - Two heated pools & baby pool was perfect temperature. You can hire pool towels and get your deposit back at the end of your stay cash only. Lots of sun beds but you get your usual reserving early morning for good spots. We were usually down by 9ish and didn’t have a problem. What was frustrating is how selfish people can be moving beds and blocking pathways which was tricky for us with our pram. Great pool bar area and on the odd day had cocktail of the day set up which was nice and refreshing. Food - we were shocked at how much choice there was here. There is something for everyone and staff cater for allergens/intolerances if you ask. The bagel station at breakfast was a nice addition to breakfast. Most drinks/spirits are branded to which isn’t always the case at All inclusive hotels. Lots of choice to with cocktails included in your AI. There is a snack bar in the pool area too. Crisps & nuts were available from the pool bar. Rooms - rooms are basic with a free safe, mini fridge, shampoo, body wash & body cream provided. Tv in the room but never turned it on. Full cot provided not a travel cot. The only issue we had was the room was not cleaned well each day and it was basic change of towels that was it. A little attention to the bathroom needed and our bin wasn’t changed everyday or room swept. It did become quite grim after a week. Iron and kettles can be hired for a fee. Noise could be heard late at night when people were returning to their room but it didn’t affect us and people are just having fun on their holidays. Overall an enjoyable stay and we hope to return. I would recommend booking a pool or sea view room. We had both in room 620.

Staff have a really friendly, helpful attitude. The food was really well labelled, delicious, varied, plenty to choose from. The staff couldn't do more for our special dietary requirements. Sarah Silva in particular was absolutely exceptional with her helpful attitude and knowledge of the food and our requirements. Carlos the chef and Adrianna were great too. All the bar and restaurant staff were so great. We thought we would be bored eating at the same place for an all inclusive offering, but far from it. Fantastic. Well done and thanks. The bedrooms could be a bit better and better sound proofing, but didnt massively affect us. Our overriding take away was how good the service was.

First time at this hotel and from the moment we stepped through the door to leaving 7days later it was paradise. All staff fantastic entertainment staff brilliant what more could you ask from a top hotel. Can’t wait to return as soon as I can one of the best holidays we’ve had. Fantastic !!!
