Property Notes

Please note that guests might be required to change their assigned accommodations during their stay if they do not arrive on a Sunday. You will be advised upon check-in if this will occur. Hotel staff will assist to make this move as comfortable as possible. Playa Linda is currently undergoing a property upgrade through the Fall of 2022 to end March 2023. Construction is limited to the rooftop of the north wing of the building and will only be carried out Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Noise may be experienced between these hours, but, through careful planning, we have taken all measures possible to preserve the overall guest experience.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Fabulous Trip"

Had a great time as usual. The staff was awesome. Especially Stephanie, Jessie & Louis at the Avenue Lobby Bar. Our Bellman Diego was fantastic. The staff at the Amore Beach bar was great as Well, thank you Ricky ! The Water Aerobics Instructors were great as well thank you Maidel !! Our housekeeper Aedelin was very Professional and kept the room very clean. See you same time next year.

"Blaring music"

Playa Linda's beach is not peaceful in any way. The restaurants along the path have loud, competing music blaring. It is not peaceful or serene.

"Beautiful and Wonderfully Hospitable"

Playa Linda is beautiful as ever. Improvements were noticeable - elevators and sliding doors to the hallways seemed to be working smoothly. Beach was wonderful with plenty of service and attendants. Although the new "Chickee Checker" was pleasant and efficient, we really miss Jesse. Each year I would witness Jesse transferring a woman in a wheel chair to a beach wheel chair, take her to the water and gently lift her to get her the water so she could swim. He was amazing - kind and respectful. He is missed on the beach.

"Wonderful accommodations!"

Very comfortable room with plenty of space. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful beach, pools and a hot tub. Loved the water aerobics with Maizel -lots of fun. Really an excellent place to vacation!

"Great Italian restaurant with a view"

Azzuro Italian restaurant- fabulous food, great service, spectacular view of beach and sunset. We are going back again this week before we leave Aruba. Don’t miss this one (book ahead as reservations fill up quickly).

"Number 1 spot on Palm beach"

Wonderful experience staying at Playa Linda. Location is great! No need for a car with all the great restaurants within walking distance. Nice clean condo with convenient amenities. Great staff! Nice change with Rygell managing the beach, he was a breath of fresh air! He did a terrific job!

"Beach Review"

Our home away from home, long time visitor and love it here!!! Really miss Jesse managing the beach area though, after so many years with him it’s not the same without him. Everyone on the beach misses him.
