Iberostar Selection Sábila - Adults Only

From the moment we arrived at this hotel from checking in at reception when we received a glass of processco whilst checking in to our luggage being taken to our room we knew that this was a perfect choice of hotel. The service which we have received not in the restaurant but also in receiving notification via the app that our room had been cleaned which were spotless A special mention should go to Carmela and Santi in sorting out our sunbeds when there's been an issue with the app to where you have to get your beds as the were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is amazing. very clean. The food is of such a high standard in the resteraunt. Santiago the man who deals with the sunbeds is so helpful in every way and tries to help with any issue at all.The lady in the older lady that works as a barmaid in the reception bar area her name begins with N is so hard working. The staff are all very happy to help.The only downside I can mention is the lifts.They are very slow and it seems there is 4 but only ever one working. Thanks for a great stay. We will be returning.

Great hotel. Only slight issues - 1. Why have a saxophonist at the pool and keep the speaker round the pool on? 2. The food looks good but sometimes lacks taste. 3. Some waiters at the bar are first class at not making eye contact so they dont have to serve you. Generally staff brilliant. Best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife.

One of the loveliest hotels we have stayed in! Spotlessly clean, friendly, smart staff and great entertainment. Pool guys are great and help with the reserving of sunbeds! We stayed half board but wish we would of booked all-inclusive as the food is lovely with plenty of choice. I have MND and struggle with food but there was plenty for me to choose from which made it easy. We will definitely come back here and recommend it even though we arrived halfway into the storm! 😁

This hotel does not have a welcoming feel about it, the reception/bar/entertainment area is quite sparsely furnished and maybe because of that we never got to know the bar staff though they were helpful, as were the reception staff. Entertainment amazingly understated, very little seating, wait till you see the big fish. The dining room was quite regimented, the food was good but uninspiring, breakfast fruit one either had orange slices OR grapefruit, banana slices floating in some liquid, maybe grapes, maybe not. All the usual 'english' breakfast food, cereals, not many cheeses on offer, cold meats, breads and rolls, pastries etc. Not all the foods were marked up, and none were marked if ok for vegans, vegetarians or ceiliacs. Sunbeds can be booked for the next day, but if not used by 10.45, anyone can have them. Not as awful as it sounds, we were moved on once by bookees, how does anyone know which are booked and which are available!! We had no problem getting a bed, though once we were in the shade. There are 3 double white sunbeds by the pool which no one used as they incurred a cost of I think 15 E, but were probably available for 'privilege' guests free. The waiters from the poolside bar/cafe did come round to ask for orders. Bedrooms on par with all 4 star hotels, side sea views good, though please do not have a room facing west, you will be looking into the bedrooms of the hotel next door. Spa brilliant, I had a face massage and walked into the glass door after, must have been truly zonked out. Not all hotels can suit all people, I wouldn't go there again, but it must be said everything was fine, no problems and no complaints. Just didn't suit me.

I have just returned from Iberostar Selection Sabila. This hotel was recommended to us, and it certainly did not disappointment. Firstly, i will talk about the room, which was 478, our cleaner was Irene, who kept who cleaned to a very high standard. Every day the mini bar was refilled and spotless. The restaurant was absolutely amazing; there was something there for everyone to enjoy with a lot of different dishes including vegan. The breakfast was fantastic, continental, cooked breakfast, several salads, different meats and all sorts of omelets, the restaurant caters for all individual choices. The restaurant staff were continually cleaning around making sure all surfaces were clean and all the food was replenished. Around the pool there was an excellent pool attendant Santiago, he was very helpful, always approachable and assisted many guests when they wanted help booking their sunbeds. Carmela was also very pleasant and polite. The service around the bar at the pool was excellent, i need to mention Marina, Frederico who were always smiling and made lovely cocktails. The main waiter around the pool was Victor he never went by without asking if we were ok or needing anything from the bar. The Guest Service Manager Abel de Armas was very nice, always around checking everything was ok in the resort. I found him very approachable and easy to talk to. We met some lovely guests including 2 people from Scotland, Tom and Elaine, also Shonagh and her husband Brian who were all very good company. There is easy access to go out of the hotel to the beach and also walk around the harbour and the shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay my husband went fishing every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked to return next year. All i have left to say is thank you to Abel, your staff are amazing looking forward to seeing you again next year.

La struttura in generale molto bella ed accogliente, il cibo fin troppo abbondante.

Nelle camere poca attenzoone alla pulizia i bicchieri acqua dovrebbero essere puliti e sostituiiti tutti i giorni invece mai avvenuto, anche cambio lenzuola dovrebbe essere piu' frequente. Non basta portare noccioline e riempire frigorifero.
