Poca pulizia delle stanze e mancanza di kit di cortesia in bagno, carenza di lettini in piscina (vanno prenotati e se vi assentate vi portano via le cose per liberarli),chiusura molto presto (perlomeno ad aprile 2026) dei servizi: la SPA (molto piccola e a pagamento) chiude alle 18 e il bar in piscina alle 18:30

I liked it, but the food variations on top floor could have been better.

Mostly all positives. Let’s start with the amazing breakfast. There are two time slots you can choose from and we went with the earlier one. So no queues and fresh food with so much choice. The service was amazing, you literally sit down and a minute later tea and coffee appear. The rooms are nice and comfortable and we had a side sea view room so great view of the mountain and the pool. The location is great with walking distance to everywhere. There is a bit of noise at night from nearby bars but it was fairly quiet past midnight. The sunbed booking system is ok but Santiago was straight over to help each time we needed to book, so he took the stress away. He was so funny and friendly too and a credit to the hotel. The one day he was off we were ranted at by a grumpy pool attendant who didn’t want to give us fresh towels (even though he had a trolley full of them behind him). He did same to a poor woman who was on her own. It was really embarrassing so I reported him to reception. I hope they send him on a customer services course! All other staff were friendly and polite, particularly the ladies serving in the cafe and pool bar. The one negative is how they cram the sunbeds together so I would seriously consider upgrading rooms just to get access to the rooftop pools if we visit again. Oh and they should consider replacing the orange carpet in the halls and stairs as it’s seen better days. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

A beautiful hotel made even better by the amazing staff. Jordi at reception was so friendly and attentive during our visit. At the pool Santiago was a great help finding our sun beds on the hotel app. In the restaurant the food was prepared by the kitchen brigade to a very high standard. Veronica is the best omelette maker in Tenerife. She was always smiling and friendly. During the day the bar staff at the sun terrace were the best. Must mention Frederico, Diego,Marina, Carolina, Musta, Victor, Josser, Daniella, Teresa, Magely, Garcia, Tesoro, Yoldita, Sabina. At night the wonderful Nieves provided excellent service throughout our visit. She was incredible. All those mentioned are great ambassadors for the hotel. Will be back for sure.

We stayed for a 2nd time in the lovely hotel. Value for money is excellent here. Food beautiful with plenty of choice on AI. Staff so helpful, we had a great time.
