The Staff was good, helpful and trustworthy. The lady at the reception was very helpful and considerate.

The rooms werent that great even for a budget motel. I was initially given a room which was not cleaned. Then given another room whose door would close properly and had to use force to close it shut.

Staff was amazing!

Rooms are pretty small and could definitely use some upgrading.

completely terrible, staff is very rude rooms are filthy and they want a 100$ deposit and they don't even give you towels or anything !!

Не понравилось это ужас мы зашли в номер зеркало грязное., в душе и на плинтусах волосы, унитаз где болты к полу остатки мочи и самое ужасное использованный детский памперс под умывальником в шкафу. Но это ещё не всё. Мы даже раньше уехали и не остались на вторую ночь.Когда мы отдавали ключи я сказала что номер грязный нам сказали что волосы это наши и памперс мог быть мой .у человека это женщина ни стыда не совести.Мы бы уехали сразу как тонзаселились но это была ночь и мы не могли бы найти другое место где могли бы спать.

Cama muy cómoda, habitación linda baño muy limpio, muy bien ubicado a 7 minutos de las Cataratas en carro y personal amable y atento, debido a retraso en nuestro vuelo y otras dificultades llegamos sobre las 3:00 a.m. cansados y con frío sin embargo la persona a cargo fue muy amable en atendernos a esa hora y pudimos acceder a la habitación.

Room was dirty. Not vacuumed prior to guest check-in. Found body hair on the bedsheets, all over the bathroom floor. The blinds does not cover the left and bottom of the window so privacy is a concern.
