Falls Motel

We did not like anything about the property.

The room was not clean. When asked for it to be cleaned, the cleaner came in and cleaned; however the specific thing (ex. the bathroom) we stated and explained was not clean did not get cleaned. There was hair and nasty sticky stuff all around the bottom of the toilet and in the shower. The shower was also incredibly small for one person to use.

Nice motel, friendly staff.

This place is a dump! The pictures actually look much better than the way that it looks in person. Please read the reviews on Google before booking! The staff was rude and hung up on us when we called and asked a simple question. Do yourself a favor and go to a much nicer place without all of the disrespect from the staff!

It’s not worthy

I don’t like the room and cleanliness not there

Close drive to the falls and casino. Many resturants and shopping areas close by. Not far from downtown buffalo either . Would stay again.

Not much parking if fully booked

The staff was very friendly and attentive and it was very close to the place we wanted to visit. and very comfortable facilities

They can improve their cleaning and they should maintain or replace the electrical equipment they have.
