Falls Motel

Nothing! The pictures of the property on this site are much better than what the property actually looks like in person. It’s a dump.

The staff was rude and disrespectful. After checking in, I allowed my family to leave their bags in the room while we went to Niagara Falls Park. My sister (LaDetra Burks) had a room through booking.com for the same day but it was in Niagara Falls Canada (you can look it up). Because one member in the group didn’t have his passport, we were going to do everything as a group, in NY, before going to Canada. Four family members were going to leave their bags in our room for an hour or two, while we visited Niagara Falls park in NY. The older Indian female (from the hotel) came outside yelling at us, telling us that there were too many people staying. Then, an Indian man begins recording us on his phone. We tried to assure her that we were holding their bags temporarily, because they had an Airbnb in Canada. The lady didn’t listen to us and began to yell and complain that guests couldn’t have any visitors and my family was told to leave. She continued to accuse us of having extra visitors, but it was only the two of us actually staying. We all left and walked down the sidewalk as the lady stared at us. We waited for our Uber, on the nearby corner, to avoid further interaction. About thirty minutes later, we received notice that she had canceled the room. I tried calling to see if we were charged and rather than answering my question, she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. She sent a text, threatening to call the police if we didn’t bring back the key to the room. She said that she left all of our bags outside on the street and wasn’t responsible for what happened to them. We were at the park and had to find a Lyft to come and take us to the hotel. She continued to be rude, recording and taunting us again as we grabbed our (and our family’s) belongings.
