Motel with 3 double beds hard to come by. Had 3 double beds

The host deducted $8 from the deposit as a “transfer fee”. The motel itself was unfortunately very dirty — it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival, and several things felt unhygienic. On top of that, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a deep dip in the middle that made us slide into it during the night. Overall, the place did not live up to the expectations set by the listing, and we wouldn’t recommend it in its current state.

Fall Falls Motel was a filthy nightmare! Stained sheets, moldy bathroom, and a disgusting smell. My son got a skin rash from the dirty bed. No working AC, broken TV, and rude staff. Avoid this health hazard at all costs! Never again—worst motel experience ever! 0/10, would rather sleep in my car!

No había agua caliente, aún empezando el verano se necesita agua caliente en la mañana y para el uso del TV deben ser claros de su funcionamiento desde el momento que hacen entrega de la habitación... Otro tema importante es que se me solicitó un deposito de $100.00 que no fue informado desde el momento de la reserva va me parece importante que este tipo de cosas sean informadas con anterioridad....

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in USA. The room had broken blinds, lots of flea in the bathroom that was stinky. Bath door didn’t lock. Beds were full of bed bugs that bit all night. Rats scurrying across the room. I managed to drive one out of the room. The owner woman refused to clean the room or change it. She also refused a refund. Now here is what’s even more important and serious. The woman who runs a motel is a seasoned cheat and she is working with the deliberate and well planned intent of cheating her customers. She forced us to pay her a cash security deposit is $ 100. Upon checkout, she simply refused to refund it! I asked her why she isn’t refunding my deposit, she started a volley of abuse and threats. When I asked her for a checklist of damages for which she was retaining my money, she said that’s none of our business and shouted “ Report me wherever you like and get lost!” Whenever we returned from outside we found our belongings rummaged on which she simply refused to comment. Guys, this woman is building her fortune by damaging the health of people and cheating them. This is the first instance of my stay in USA, where I have come across such unimaginable low standards of service and morals. My faith in this country’s grace and honesty and standards seems to have shaken, and my memories of beautiful Niagara is marred with the experience I’ve had at this horrible place with this horrible woman. I’m reporting her to multiple platforms, meanwhile please do not book this place for any reason. STAY AWAY! The place needs to shut down for good and she needs to be put behind the bars. Going through reviews, I find others suffered similar issues. Serious action needs to be taken on this woman for running an illegal business in name of tourism
