Good location to where I needed to be

Bed was too hard

Room was great but the beds were very firm. Breakfast was pretty good. Only one elevator. Only one bathroom for our 2 bedroom suite however the bathroom was very spacious and had a deep jetted tub along with a separate shower. The pool was very nice and big and I loved the outdoor patio with glass windows to watch your kids swim inside. The hot tub was nice & relaxing and they had a bathroom in the pool room which was very convenient. I would stay again.

Staff is very friendly makes you feel at home.

Funny smell in stairway. Beds were not made well. Staff at Front Desk not very helpful.

I am a travel nurse and have stayed at many hotels across the country, but my experience at the Best Western in Caldwell, Idaho, was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving, I spoke with a gray‑haired woman at the front desk who was discourteous and unprofessional from the outset. I attempted to rent a room for two nights. Although I currently reside in Little River, South Carolina — with South Carolina plates, registration, insurance, and a W‑2 from my South Carolina employer in my name — my driver’s license is still issued from Homedale, Idaho, which is 18 miles away. Because of this, I was told I could not rent a room. None of the other documentation I presented mattered to her, and she refused to offer any assistance beyond that flat refusal. In addition to the refusal, the pricing was excessive: $206 per night, plus a $100 deposit, plus $60 per dog per night. I have two small Shih Tzus, which would have meant an additional $120. The lack of professionalism, the dismissive attitude, and the inflexible policy left me with a very negative impression of this establishment. Despite being a loyal guest of many hotels nationwide, this is one property I will not attempt to stay at again. I strongly recommend that travelers consider alternative accommodations where they will be treated with respect and professionalism.

This was an average Best Western. Lobby was spacious and clean. Staff were courteous. Our room was OK but there were no comfortable chairs; just a high table with dining room like chairs. Bathroom was about what you'd expect but it was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average fare.

Perfect location for the state playoff games we were attending. Breakfast had lots of options

The sheets were so soft and comfortable! The location was great. The hotel was clean and the comfortable. They have a bar with snacks, a fitness center and a pool. I will be staying there again.

The bartender was rude-she closed the kitchen an hour earlier than was listed on the website.
