Clean & adequate. Non smoking room was obviously recently changed because smoke odor was very evident but it was OK. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good.

I made a reservation at this Best Western. However, I learned by email that they won't let you stay if you live within 30 miles of the hotel. We were attending our granddaughter's dance recital on Friday night and needed to return Saturday morning and did not want to drive all the way back to Boise especially since the weather forecast indicated it might snow. I explained this to the person at the front desk, but they wouldn't budge - and they couldn't explain to me why it's their policy - "it's just our policy" I was told. I asked to speak to the manager, but they weren't there. I left my phone number but didn't receive a call back. We ended up making a reservation at another nearby hotel that welcomed us.

Staff super great. Nice breakfast and convient. Really like the outside seating. Nice touch. Easy on and off freeway. QUIET.

Didn't like to make coffee in the bathroom.
