"Keep driving"

Our room stunk like old sweat and dirty carpet. The common areas have some spray deodorant that is covering but cloying I paid for 2 nights when I reserved online and asked for 1st floor . I wish I had paid the extra 20 to have refundable because I ended up on the 3rd floor and the hallway smells awful. There is nowhere nearby to eat and the car wash next door is very loud . The walls are paper thin and I did not sleep with the thumping in the room next door all night.

"Do No Stay Here"

Harassed my service dogs. Lied and cause a complete issue when there didnโ€™t need to be one. Do not go to this hotel if you have animals. They will not be treated well and staff will make your life a living hell. Twice this have mistreated us and we will not stay here again. Staff is unfriendly and rude.

"Overpriced for what we got."

Location was good but the motel needs some serious cleaning and upgrades. Everything was dirty. Wonโ€™t be staying here again!!

"Overall good"

The beds were comfy, room was clean, the temperature was perfect

That the sofa didnโ€™t pull out into a bed. Our kiddo ended up sleeping on the floor and there was no extra bedding provided for the couch at all and this was the main reason we went with this hotel.

"Awful experience"

Terrible experience, from an establishment that uses the internet to determine whether or not they will discriminate against an individualโ€™s rights. I answered their questions, and after they incorrectly googled the information I provided. I was informed they had a choice to not accommodate me. I was mortified & humiliated & in all my travels have never been treated like I was in Idaho. Definitely not the dignity & respect I have always received from best western.

"Not a fan!"

We stayed at the BW โ€˜Plusโ€™ in Caldwell Idaho for a work trip. Their fitness center doesnโ€™t open until 7. We had to leave at 7. When I asked a worker Kristie if I could use it she said she was sorry she doesnโ€™t make the rules she has to follow them. She said I was welcome to run up and down the stairs. Iโ€™m sure that wonโ€™t bother anyone staying here! So ridiculous. Most places have 24 hour fitness centers. Give me a break BW Caldwell. I wonโ€™t stay here again or any other โ€˜Best Western Brandโ€™.
