Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa

I stay in taj with my family, it was an wonderful experience staff and their hospitality was superb their location of the property was wonderful.

The stay at Taj was great. Food, Hospitality, every service was upto the mark. A special thanks to Ainul, Narayan, Antony and Nikita for making our 1st marriage anniversary a special one.

Had always been a big fan of Taj and IHCL hotels. But the hospitality at this property is beyond. Right from your arrival to you getting into the room, the lunch, dinner and check out. Everything was superb

The reception team was very caring and helpful in making us comfortable and gave us grand welcome along with the guitarist duo The housekeeping staff lead by Shadab and Mangesh were outstanding in ensuring that our special occasions of anniversary and birthday were celebrated in a grand manner Also the flute played by Mr Shrinivas Natu during every day mornings was very rejuvenating

An absolutely fantastic and memorable stay with Family. Hospitable staff and great services were more than we expected

Overall I would not say it was great but it was ok ok type this time. Our first visit last year was awesome but this time I guess the staff was more into themselves not bothered to attend including the inhouse restaurants.

Had a great experience at Taj Cidade. You get the experience of 2 hotels at this property. 1. Heritage - gives you a resort feel, very authentic Goan colourful vibrant feel. 2. Horizon - a typical corporate business hotel with breathtaking view. I stayed at Heritage for 7D/6N Good things - My room was upgraded because of the Hospitality of Nikita Fernandes and her staff. Personalised food curation by Chef Biwas and Chef Vijender. Awesome musical flute by Shrinivas ji. Things that can improve - Breakfast management- I believe they need to hire some more there and possibly have one server for specific 2 tables. I thing that should do the trick.
