First visit to this hotel - cannot wait to come back! We were celebrating our son’s birthday - on hearing this, we got a room upgrade- a fantastic sea view room, our room was decorated, a lovely cake was sent. The property is beautiful, well maintained, bright and cheery. Special mention about the staff - they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food is awesome, the breakfast buffet simply super. It is a very child friendly property, lots to do with the little ones ( private beach, pool, play area, live music). Cant wait to visit again!

The staff go above and beyond — always smiling, always ready to help, making sure every need is taken care of with warmth and efficiency. Every person at Twj makes u feel like family. Had a lovely trip to Goa with my mother. Taj Heritage is a beautiful hotel with private beach access and old Goa charm at every corner. The staff was incredible especially, Nikita who was a wealth of knowledge and so helpful with all of our questions - including arranging delivery of some last minute cashews! Veebhav at the front desk helped secure a sea-facing balcony room as well. Everyone we encountered was sweet and attentive. Had a great massage at sister property with Kaka. Breakfast buffet was outstanding - chai stall, fresh dosas and the very talented flutists were the standouts! We were very happy with the hotels transportation for local trips. The only thing that I would suggest is booking an outside transport for airport transfers as that was costly. Will definitely be back next year!!

Cedar de goa a beautiful located taj property Really a hotel where one can have not only a sea view but sometimes actually feel Ur balcony is just above sea It's amazing just visit this hotel It started with muskaan jee She was first from all goa Taj properties who called me and have fwd my number to other hotels Muskaan was really dashing hardworking young lady She is guest relation manager Very polite ever smiling and down to earth person She made my dad's day again special Wonderful room With so many amenities to enjoy with Wine bottle cashews almonds cake choclates Well really so many things I just want to tell you one thing abt muskaan jee That she made my day special By remembering wht I like Snd kept three diet coke for me Muskaan jee thankyou Coming to rest and high tea Mr deepak kirasi the f & b manager was upto mark Ever smiling face , though I suggested him something he was really polite and good listener which is really hard In hospitality industry one should be good listener and Mr deepak was really good listener He suggested to have high tea and took good care Well so many things were on display wow Just wow 5 to 6 dishes of nonveg and 5 to 6 dishes or veg Enjoyed Would like to name bhaskar Who was wonderful person Made many drinks for us He was from kolkatta Another person Mr kirtan from darjeeling Wonderful and ever smiling person Now the Portuguese restaurant Alfama in taj cida de goa heritage Mr deepak made sure we should visit this place To our surprise two or three dishes they never charged us and was on house ALfama was Wonderful and typical protuguese restaurant Serving really authentic Portuguese goan food Chef dayanand gawas is extra ordinary person He made such a wonderful prawns curry We enjoyed a lot Mahesh gosawi Julio Both of them were too good in serving goan food Thankyou muskaan jee and her team Tjankyou deepak jee and his team

One of the best Taj hotels in Goa... Fantastic ambience.. Great venue for conference.. If the conference dinner (casino theme) on terrace was super, the carnival theme on d lawns was just mind blowing.. Hospitality is truly Taj... Would love to visit again and again

Simply awesome experience at our banquette on 18/11/25 on the lawns of Cidad heritage! All guest were absolutely thrilled with the ambience , nice service and delicious good ! Our special thanks to Shankar Bhalchandra Nitish Subhankar Sanjeev Deepak Jaison and banquette team from Cidad heritage !!

Overall the experience was good, assistance from the front desk was awesome, the rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were also helpful. The swimming pool is well maintained and well kept. The food menu for the breakfast had many options, difficult to choose what to eat. The food at the cafe was good and tasteful
