Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa

I arrived in Paradise! The hotel was beautiful set along side the Arabian Sea…what’s not to like? However what really made my stay were the staff. From the cleaners, receptionists, waiters, bar staff, pool attendants, the cooks, general staff, nothing was too much trouble. I was treated like a Queen Bee. A special thank you for Nikita who constantly made sure all was well. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. There are several restaurants including a barbecue. Food was delicious and a comprehensive menu was to be found. The only issue I would raise is that the hotel is an oasis. If you want a holiday that is lively with bars, restaurants, shops in the vicinity this is maybe not for you. However, for me it was perfect and there are always taxis!

I stayed at the Taj Cidade Heritage at the end of October 2025 for four nights with my family, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a sea-view room. We arranged airport pick-up, drop-off and 2 day trips through the hotel’s taxi service. The drivers they use are all friendly and reliable. One of the biggest advantages of staying at the Taj Cidade is the ability to enjoy the facilities of both the Heritage and Horizon properties, with a regular complimentary shuttle running between them. We were on a half-board package and chose to dine mostly at BLD in Horizon due to its lovely ambience, though the food at Heritage was equally impressive. As vegetarians, we never struggled with dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a huge variety of delicious choices. Dinner over the 4 nights at BLD Horizon included a live chaat counter, 6 vegetarian curries on one day, lovely fresh salads, soups, an Asian station, 2 complimentary juices on buffet evenings, indian and traditional Goan sweet dishes. In fact, there was so much food that I can’t remember it all. A massive thank you to Glenn, Swapnil, Mansingh, and Hemchand for making our dining experience at BLD Horizon truly memorable - others were also really helpful, but we only remember these names. The staff would find time to have a chat with us, and it’s service like this that can really help make a huge difference and elevate one’s memories. We would highly recommend both the Taj Cidade Heritage and Horizon hotels and we are extremely glad we changed to this hotel just a few days before our stay.

It was my first time in Goa and the heritage wing of Taj Cidade de Goa is truly mesmerizing as we wanted to experience more living near the beach instead of modern luxury amenities. Everyone including staff, travel desk and folks at the bar were very warm and courteous, it was my wife's birthday and we were also travelling with our 2 year old kid, a memorable experience all throughout facilitated by Nikita and team.

Had a short but wonderful stay at the Heritage in early November. Truly impressed by the warmth and efficiency of your staff at the front desk, restaurant and coffee shop in making my stay comfortable, despite the many corporate events being held at the hotel . Thanks to Dattaram and his team - special thanks to Samruddhi, Gaurish and Srushtee for facilitating a quick completion of arrival and checkout formalities! Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!

Quaint, Old World charm but with modern facilities. A stunning room with a Balcony overlooking the sea. A lovely pool with nice lawns and beach access; what more could one ask for in Goa.

Got to stay at JARDIM SUITE SEA VIEW for three nights and four days and it was literally heaven on earth. Amazing experience to have a nice open space inside the room and a sea facing balcony to enjoy your morning cup of coffee 😍 enjoyed every second ❤️❤️
