We had the most wonderful stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage while celebrating our anniversary. A heartfelt thank you to Nikita & the entire guest relations team for organising the beautiful décor and making the day feel so special. A big thank you to Muskan for helping us with such a lovely room, and to the housekeeping team for decorating it so thoughtfully - it truly added so much warmth to our celebration. The in-room dining, coffee shop food, and breakfast experience were all excellent. Breakfast was a bit crowded on the first day, but the food and service made up for it. Overall, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay, and we cannot wait to come back again. Thank you for such exceptional hospitality!

W e had an amazing time at taj cidade goa heritage .. The hospitality was extremely warm and every need was taken care off very well . The entire spread of cuisine was delicious and curated specially for us all. The fish fry was the highlight and the lemon sorbet by the chef . We all had a great time . Kudos to the crew .

Exceptional on so many fronts This hotel is the ‘hidden gem’ of Goa situated directly on the beach with excellent dining options. Quality of food is excellent and rooms are spacious with ac. What makes this hotel so special? Simply the staff- every single member of staff is outstanding. I feel I am doing a disservice to so many staff but Nikita Fernandes front desk is simply amazing- Taj Cidade de Goa are extremely lucky to retain such talent she is simply the best. Similarly James, Pramod and Sanjay from the porters, Somenath, Sudhir and Harish by the pool and Nikita, Julio and Raul in the restaurants are all first class in what they do. The level of service and attention to detail are first class. They cannot do enough for each and every guest, the cleaner of room 470 was also excellent. It is these staff and many others (sorry if I have forgotten any) that keep us coming back to Cidade se Goa time and time again. There is nowhere else in the world I would rather be.

Taj Cidade de goa heritage has one of the best and warm hospitality. Nikitha Fernandes specially made sure that we are comfortable . Location is just exceptional. Rooms , food and access to beach are really good . The sunset from this place is a must watch. The restaurants and food are perfect. Well maintained property. Looking forward to more vacations at this place.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Taj Cidade de Goa - Heritage. The facilities and room were absolutely amazing, offering both comfort and elegance. The service and staff were exceptionally good and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It was an anniversary visit, and Nikita and her team went above and beyond to make it special. From the warm welcome song to the beautiful room decoration, everything felt thoughtful and heartfelt. I will be definitely coming back ☺️ A memorable experience all around—highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Taj. Preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff appreciate the care and support given by Ms. Harshali Khot during ours stay. we are so thankful as our request heard by Harshali and the solution given by her and the team was extremely satisfied. Great value for money. Right in the heart of goa.

Lovely quality hotel with very good goan food pool side very quiet with lots of space and more or less private beach, easy access to local restaurants but taxi needed , Panaji 15 min drive with lots of bars and restaurants

Old hotel.rooms not mentained property. doesn't feels like staying in taj.. no service.brekfast felt like eating a langer..no team coordination..cold food being served..missing guest orders..delayed service.. need seriously look into it's service
