This property is on great location and on beach, Staff is very cooperative, rooms are excellent, food is very delicious, bar is on very good location. I enjoyed complete hotel facilities and amenities and would like to come again whenever I’ll get time

For my birthday celebrations in August 2025, I chose Taj Cidade de Goa, and it was a decision that resulted in a truly memorable trip. The Taj brand is renowned for its hospitality, and this property stands as a testament to that reputation. Traveling with children can often be complex, but the team here made it look effortless; every need of our kids was anticipated and well taken care of. We were greeted by Nikita, whose warmth and professional hospitality stood out immediately. She ensured that we felt completely at home and went the extra mile to make our stay special. The entire experience was overwhelming and left us with beautiful memories. I cannot recommend this resort enough for families and special occasions.

We had an amazing time at the Taj Heritage Hotel in Goa over Christmas in 2025 for 9 nights. We booked the luxury sea view suite and the room was immaculate with spectacular views of the sea and the beach. All the facilities within the room were fantastic with a good selection of complimentary tea & coffees, and a good selection at the payable minibar. The housekeeping staff were great at cleaning our room daily, and were very accommodating & extremely helpful - thank you so much. We want to give a special thanks to Nikita (guest relations) for her support at the start & throughout our stay, giving us guidance of the local activities & various options available to us. She is extremely friendly & helpful, and it made such a big difference to our holiday....thank you! We used the sunbeds by the pool each day, with good views over the bay and special thanks to the pool attendants Harish & Sudhar (not sure if spelled correctly) for their support throughout our stay. The pool is quite big and nicely laid out with a smaller pool for kids, and these were immaculately clean. The pool bar was great to have on the hot days with a great selection of snacks and drinks, and special thanks to Bhaskar & Savita for servicing us throughout the day. We thought the buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was nicely laid out with some good selections of food, and they had a fantastic Christmas buffet selection with entertainment. The staff were always attentive & helpful. We also had lunch at Cafe Azul which was a good selection of multi-cuisine food, and it was good to do something different. Special thanks to Nikita who often served us in the Cafe Azul & sometimes the buffet restaurant. The hotel also had a Barbeque restaurant which had a great selection of Seafood 'Catch of the Day' and I would highly recommend eating there in the evenings, & the staff were also very helpful. You also had an added bonus of using the facilities & restaurants in the neighboring Taj Horizon hotel, and there is a free shuttle going up the hill to visit it - these were also excellent, particularly the buffet and C2C restaurants. The beach was OK & it was great to paddle in the sea each day, but it was extremely busy with various visiting boats & a lot of people using the watersports equipment as the watersport centre located on the beach. Perhaps its related to the time of the year, as I know it gets busy at Christmas & New Year time. In summary, we really enjoyed our time at the Taj Heritage, and would recommend this to others. We found the facilities excellent, our room was immaculate and every single staff was extremely helpful & friendly. The location was good to visit the local areas and do various activities, such as dinghy sailing, boat trips and walks. So thanks again to all the staff at the Taj, and hope to see you all again soon.

Excellent Hotel for ambience and food. Service is excellent. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast with the flute music was soothing.

We had a great stay at Taj. The staff was very polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The food (especially the breakfast buffet) was not great at all. Everything at the breakfast felt way below average. We had one dinner at the hotel (Alfama) where the service was really slow and bad, and food was also just about okay. Great location though. Overall feels like Taj is unable to run this property smoothly as of now, especially in the busy seasons.

Hotel hospitality was fantastic and the property has been maintained well. We relived our memories from 25 years back when we had stayed for our honeymoon. The staff was very helpful and courteous and took care of each need. Knowing that we had come back for our 25th Marriage Anniversary, they upgraded our room category to a sea view room and also decorated our room and served us with a cake. It's was a lovely experience.

We had a delightful stay at Taj Heritage for three nights. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff there were incredibly warm, attentive, and super fast with service. We also spent time at the pool, which was very clean and well maintained. One of the best highlights of the property is the private beach — absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The view from our room was amazing and added so much to the overall experience. A special thanks to MAYUR for going the extra mile and making our stay truly special. We would definitely love to visit again.

Overall stay was quite above the expectation level. We had an infant with us and all our requirements related to infants were fulfilled with big smiles. Food and services at the restaurants were amazing and we also thoroughly enjoyed live flute by Srinivas sir during breakfast time daily.

It's the best property there. Manager mayur is a nice person. They upgraded our room to suite room without any charges. Provided late check-out also. Food was amazing.
