My stay at Cidade de Goa heritage felt truly homely, with an elegant touch of heritage and royalty. I was in Goa only for a brief stopover during a long drive to Mumbai, and after nearly 10 hours on the road, this was exactly the kind of experience I needed. The check-in was smooth and completely hassle-free, instantly setting a relaxing tone. The room was beautifully appointed, offering a calming view that helped wash away the fatigue of the day. What stood out most was the consistently kind, courteous, and friendly service, which made the stay feel both personal and welcoming. The dinner and breakfast spreads were excellent—both in variety and taste—and added significantly to the overall experience. The exclusive beach access was another highlight, offering a peaceful and memorable setting. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I certainly look forward to returning—next time for a longer visit—to truly soak in and relish everything this property has to offer

"very bad hospital bills have to be paid by the hotel .we had requested the managers to give us the refund . every day"

my mom was hospatilised for food poising i had not enjoyed a single day . i had to pay hospital bills which was out of reach.i requested the managers to refund 50 percent amount . but no vain .very bad experience
