Extremely beautiful place and excellent services provided by the hotel. The hotel is so great that it look after so well and provide great services for kids adults and senior citizens. The staff is so soft and polite. We were in contact with Nikita , One of the staff member who was taking care of kids so well and they never miss an opportunity to impress the kids apart from adults. They are so thoughtful that they had two pools Along with the poles they also provide a dryer facility for drawing clothes after swimming. The hotel view is extremely beautiful they have a beautiful building and extremely beautiful pools facing beach. They have two properties connected in front of the beach. They provide you free taxi services to connect the two buildings and the beach.

The property itself is in a beautiful beach facing between the hills, isolated from noise. The hospitality at Taj is always excellent. The staff are friendly, pay attention to their guests needs (like kids, elderly) and go out of their way to make your experience one of a kind.

Waste of money got uncleaned room and statf was not warm and helpful. For water we had to call multiple times and then remind as well. Room was dirty. Used toothbrush and razors were kept.

Great place - Great staff Outstanding food Excellent spa superb location Mesmerising experience I travelled with my pets and family including my mom who is 85 years of age and we were looked after extremely well . The comfort and beauty of the place is very soothing . We thoroughly enjoyed and would love to be there again soon

I had an amazing stay. I would like to thank my relationship manager Nikita for making me feel comfortable and helping me throughout my stay. The room was very beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The staff was super helpful, courteous and kind. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Once again thanking Nikita for arranging the saraswat food at cafe azul, and suggesting c2c for lunch. This was a solo trip but this experience I will remember throughout my life.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay at the Taj Hotel while celebrating our anniversary. The entire experience was beyond our expectations. To our delight, the hotel graciously upgraded our room without any additional charges, which made our stay even more special. The beautiful room decoration and the lovely in-room celebration truly added a personal touch to our occasion. A special mention to Nikita, who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Her efforts, warmth, and attention to detail made our celebration unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for creating such beautiful memories for us. We look forward to visiting again!

I was not impressed with this hotel from my expectations. Firstly the room had no balcony (There was one showing in the pictures when booking the room) and the window was not opening so evening times where i like to sit out were not good. I asked at reception if this could be changed but they didn't. The hotel is disjointed across two buildings that are a 10 / 15 minute walk or shuttle car apart. There was No live music unless you count the guy in reception with a guitar playing welcoming tunes for guests. The breakfast restaurant was full one morning so you sat in another room with a greatly reduced buffet. Lastly I asked for a taxi back to the airport and the hotel wanted to charge me double (1900 IR)what I had paid to get to the hotel (900IR) and add the charge to my room. I asked if they could call me a taxi and I simply paid the driver but they would not do this. In the end i arranged my own taxi and paid the 1000IR fee direct. I have never known a hotel that charges you to call a taxi and keep half the money themselves. The staff were friendly and worked tirelessly but this is not a hotel I would return to.

Our stay at Taj Cidade de Goa was exceptional. What makes this property truly unique is the synergy between the Heritage and Horizon wings. We loved the soul and character of the Heritage side—while being able to enjoy the contemporary vibes and the stunning infinity pool at the Horizon. The hospitality was quintessentially Taj. Upgraded is on request for my daughter's Birthday Only 2 challenges Birthday cake was not available when we reached Even though we reminded Evening tea was not mentioned, we got to know after we placed order, proactive information could have been better

We had a surprise waiting for us in the room, the room category was upgraded even without asking for it. There was not a single No from the team. Hospitality at its best by Mayur and his Team . Thank you again

We had such a relaxing and memorable stay at Taj. What made it truly special was how beautifully they helped us celebrate our son’s birthday — making him feel so cherished and happy throughout. The combination of the beach experience and the warm, heritage-inspired design of the space created a very comforting and welcoming atmosphere. Even though there was some maintenance work happening, it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all. Thank you for the thoughtful hospitality — we truly look forward to coming back again in the future.
