המלון מאוד יפה, מרשים ופסטורלי. הבריכה מאוד כיפית. הבייקרי el salon מדהים, הצוות שם מקצועי, חייכן והמקום מעוצב בסטייל מושלם. צוות עובדי המלון והבריכה מאוד אדיבים. ארוחת בוקר טובה. כיף שיש במלון מקום לעשות מסאז׳ים ומניקור פדיקור.

ביקשנו לעבור חדר כי הוא היה בקומה 2, קטן ללא מרפסת והכי מרוחק מאיזור הבריכה. אמרו לנו שלא אפשרי עם 2 ילדים קטנים אך ראינו שיש המון משפחות באותו הרכב זהה לשלנו ואף גדול יותר שכן קיבלו חדרים טובים יותר כמו שביקשנו. היה נראה שפשוט לא התאמצו מספיק. בנוסף, ניתן לשפר את הניקיון בחדר, בפרט הניקיון במקלחת והשרותים, לא מנקים מספיק יסודי.

Overall a fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. We stayed for 8 nights in a Garden Terrace room which for a couple was plenty big enough. Pool area was very clean with plenty of sun beds. Likewise the beach also had plenty of beds with perfect views across the bay. We noticed a little bit of rubbish in the beach which could be sorted but very minor. The staff throughout the hotel could not do enough to help. 1st class. We did not eat at the Restaurant as the prices were very expensive and that included drinks outside of happy hour. The restaurant always seemed very quiet, so maybe most other people thought the same. Only other issue was the rest rooms that had to be used for late departing guests. The showers were unfortunately cold and the area is quite cramped, which wasn’t great. I would not want this to detract away from the overall experience which was very good and I would certainly be more than happy to return in the future.
