NH Collection Samui Peace Resort

A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful welcoming staff. The food was good as was the service by the pool. Plenty of sun beds by the pool and on the beach. The rooms are chalet style very comfortable with air con that worked and was quiet too. The rooms are close to the others and if you want privacy you have to close the curtains as the neighbours can look straight into your room. A nice bathroom and shower but the sink was on the outside of the bathroom which meant you had to come out of the bathroom to wash your hands and shave etc. The fisherman’s market was about a ten minute walk just down the road and was great fun with a great atmosphere.A very well maintained and a very clean hotel.

Uns hat besonders das Frühstücksbuffet gefallen – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr sauber angerichtet. Die Poolanlage macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Unter Wasser könnte die Sauberkeit jedoch etwas besser sein. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich, werden mit Kinderbetten aber etwas knapp. Das Badezimmer bietet dafür überraschend viel Platz.

The name describes this resort perfectly - peace! So relaxing and a beautiful spot right on the beach. The staff are incredible - friendly, respectful and cannot do enough for you. The resort has a large pool area with ample loungers and towels, right next to the restaurant area so you can buzz for your favourite cocktail to be brought to you! There is a games room, cinema room, massage and nail salons and even a little library for swapping the books you’ve read for a ‘new’ one. The reception staff will help organise any trips or excursions for you and the hotel bus will take you where you want to go. Food is fresh, plentiful and delicious and the 2 for 1 daily happy hour is a bonus too! Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

We stayed at this hotel after spending 3 days in Bangkok and 3 in Chiang Mai. We had a pool villa and it was everything we had hoped for. The pool was a good size, large enough to have a decent swim in. The hotel was excellent but what really made our stay was the staff. They were extremely efficient but what really made them stand out for us was how friendly and happy to help they were, nothing was too much trouble.
