Отдыхали в конце марта-начале апреля. Море и пляж шикарные. Отель хороший, зеленая территория, милые домики, поют птички, цикады. В номерах чисто, кровать удобная, уборка хорошая. Людей было не очень много, лежаки у бассейна и на пляже всегда были свободные. Персонал отеля очень приветливый, отзывчивый- все улыбаются, стараются помочь. чувствуется, что управление отелем сильное. Сотрудники на ресепшене очень вовлекаются в вопросы, стараются все разрулить. В детской комнате девушки понравились детям.

1.Персонал- вежливый и милый 2.Бассейн- очень теплый и чистый. Дети могут весь день купаться без страха замерзнуть 3.еда в отеле - вкусная и свежая 4. Коктейли- счастливый час 5 . Рядом с отелем мини биг с магазин. Удобно 6. Рядом с отелем вся необходимая инфраструктура есть: рестораны обменники магазины и массажные салоны 7. Отель зелёный и тихий. 8. Завтраки нормальные . Голодными не выйдете. Есть хорошая яичная станция, где готовят яйца бенедикт 9. Бесплатно можно взять сап борд и каяк Номер категории делюкс и супериор гораздо удобнее для 2 взрослых и ребенка, чем премьер. Они больше и удобно расположены кондиционер и вся мебель в номере. Детская комната хорошая до 7 вечера работает Спорт зал круглосуточно работает вход по карточкам Бассейн до 7 вечера работает -очень теплый .одно удовольствие в нем плавать. Можно дойти пешком до рыбацкой деревни Отель тихий и спокойный - понравился, хорошо отдохнули .

Не понравилось: 1.Комары Очень много комаров на балконе и в номере. 2. очень илистое дно и мутное море- водоросли и ил. Не ожидала, что будет настолько илистое оно. Ощущение -как в болоте купаешься. В море мало людей купается из за этого. 3. Бронирование через букинг вышло сильно дороже, чем через сайт или на месте. 4 . Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать и в спину в номере "премьер вилла" . Пришлось повысить категорию номера на делюкс , на месте , из за кондиционера, который дует в спину- вышло дешевле, чем через букинг.

Hotel in a great spot, with all the comforts you need to enjoy and the beach access amazing. Rooms very large and with outside space. Staff super helpful and also the massages available on site really good.

Breakfast was great, but think at 5 star level they could provide a barista coffee instead of machine coffee

Food was good. Clean. Beachfront was ok.

Some staff were unfriendly basically ignored you. Some were amazing. Pool side deck chairs often were booked with towels on them with no one around.
