GBBroken window. Noise in room 49 all night. Do not get this room. I waa charged £109 and refuses a refund or compensation. Might make a small claim just to be as unreasonable.

Location looks good. Drive up looks good. Poor reception area in main hall. Nice gent on reception but told me I had not booked - I did two hours earlier and had paid. Stood around for 10 mins. Then told policy is to also pay £50 room deposit in case of damage! Hotel policy! No basis of agreement or room pics to show room condition ref entry time. Twin room v average with sloping ceilings and dated decor. I had to leave next morning at 6.30. Went to hand key in as wanted my deposit back but waited few mins at reception but no one about. Next time I will stay in a Premier Inn as better room, experience and value.
