AUGBGBFriendly staff in the reception and restaurant. The room was comfortable and good value.
Only issue - like just about every hotel in the UK - was the lack of air-conditioning but we still managed to sleep well in the comfortable bed.
GBSpa was great and included in the room price.

The manager was very rude and for the price of the room and it was very hot day there was no air conditioning and very small room the bed very low down and I hit my head 2 times as the room was meant be a double room more like small could not move for 2 people and very dirty not clean I’m Not very happy customer should be refunded poor customer service poor quality
GBLovely surroundings- interesting decor - comfortable bed. Was just there for one night so didn’t take advantage of facilities.
Communal areas - stairs hallway etc needed a good vacuum- just let it down as walked to room and didn’t set a good tone.
GBA lovely warm welcome from staff, beautiful garden and indoor plants. Breakfast and dinner were very good, food quality worth every penny.
