I want to thank Maria from Breeze and Aron the bartender from Breeze for making my family stay stay extra special. This hotel really has it all. Great food, great rooms, friendly staff and great price.

save your money do not waste your time on going to this location. It is probably the second worst hotel I have ever been to this appears to be in the process of being renovated. There is no beach at all. The water is horrible and looks like mud water each restaurant is horrible. You have a wait for the morning buffet. The service is horrible. There’s not a single good thing room service didn’t even clean our rooms. Left food in there for two days without being picked up, we had to constantly ask to be refilled with the bar and replenish the snacks. They said they didn’t have the snacks and then I asked why and then suddenly they have them horrible and waste of time flat out horrible. they served raw steaks. we were supposed to have a bday cake, never happened. i can’t emphasize enough, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This place has a terrible beach. The food is bland with no variety. The entertainment was terrible. The only good think were the shows at night.

This was a horrible experience. They were rebranding and a lot of stuff was not finished. We were not told about all of the renovations and restaurant closures. We asked for late check out so our children could go swim one last time before our flight left but the main pool was closed. First they said 12:00 PM then it was 1:00PM. Yes there were other pools but they we extremely crowded do to the main pool closure. It rain one morning and the power went out in our rooms multiple times. Our AC didn’t work all day just in the morning and evening. I didn’t bother to call guest services because they never came to fix our refrigerator. The food was a joke as well. Baliik was closed 4 of the 5 days we were there. Yes the food was served in Ki the Mexican restaurant but I was looking forward to eating outside with the breeze not in a darkened restaurant. I don’t under stand how Vivace and Ki were closed on Saturday night leaving only 2 restaurant options and the buffet! We were very disappointed in this resort and will never be back!

Overall, the resort is a good stay for families with children. There're plenty of kids friendly pools, waterslides, evening activities for kids to enjoy. There's virtually no beach though, just a small sandy area for them to play. Mind you, if there's an event like a wedding, you would be asked to relocate. The other sandy area has more ants and is even narrower, could be an inconvenience for families with multiple children. Food at buffet is good. The Italian is also excellent. The Asian needs a huge improvement. The steakhouse (La Parrilla) is ok with most items, except for the steak. The one my husband got was too chewy and salty, and my husband usually eats more salty than I do and he couldn't finish it because it was too salty. Felt like someone accidentally sprinkled too much salt and seasonings. Pools were plenty. Drinks actually were stronger at the buffet than the ones from The Corner bar. I got tipsy with just one drink from the buffet but 3-4 drinks from the bar throughout the day felt like just juice to me. Also, while the daily housekeeping does a good job at cleaning, feels like someone needs to review the washing of the pillow cases. Some smelled musty to me every night and I just had to remove them. Felt like they were still damp when they put the cases on the pillows. Can't pinpoint where it exactly came from but just can't sleep well on them. Other than that, my family and I had a pleasant stay here and my son loved the sand, the ice cream and kept asking to go back to Mexico 😉

It was good, no beach access. Restaurants work based on their occupancy, they close restaurants if there isn’t enough people at the resort.

I Arrived around 12 but couldn’t get into are room until 3pm I knew would happen because if the rooms have to be cleaned So here is my honest opinion of this resort is clean the grounds are nice but there is no beach at all so if you want a beach this is not the place I have a picture So you will have to stay at the pools there are a few to choose from Staff was friendly Rooms are nice and clean a lot space to move around the beds are comfy the bathroom big the shower is a big walk in The food the Steak & seafood was good and the Ala carts are also good the main buffet was only good for the breakfast For the nightlife the shows are good but after 9-10 pm there is nothing going on there is nothing to do after that they have a game room with a pool table and two other games to play but other then that nothing There should be more activity going on throughout the day but there wasn’t The road coming into the resort was really bumpy with a lot of pot holes so it not a good first impression That needs to be fixed,, So overall it’s resort was just ok

I will start my review by category Check in- Arrived around 12pm sadly we could not get into our room until 3pm. It was a bit of a pain truthfully. Beach-none existent Rooms- honestly one of the best things about this resort. Very spacious & clean. Could use some minor repairs but very comfortable. Food- Steak & seafood excellent no complaints. Ala carts- highly recommend much better than the main buffet. The main buffet was great for breakfast but other than that I found the food cold. Pools- lots to choose from, mainly clean. I never really saw a light guard so that would have been a concern if I had kids or couldn’t swim. Nightlife- no disco very quiet after 9pm/10. Nightly shows- The one main announcer was excellent- The main shows were average kinda disappointed . We enjoyed the kids entertainment more. Staff-some were lacking in English & we found it hard to communicate with them most times. Very friendly though The road to the resort was very very bumpy & my first impression of the resort was honestly nothing to rave about. Overall the rooms & food were the best part.

When we booked this resort it was under the Hyatt name. We were so disappointed with this resort and how much it did not live up to thw hyatt name. The road into the resort was like going off roading with the largest potholes. Our shower had mold in it, ants coming out of the drains, room service trays were left in the halls and Mexican raccoons would rummage through it and then defecate in the stair well. Our elevator floor was actually falling apart. The door to our closet was actually coming out of the wall with nails exposed. The food was mediocre with the exception of the tapenyaki. Trying to book the reservation was challenging as the app didn't work and then no one seemed to know when the person working the reservations would be there. The drinks were watered down during the day, only the main bar or the vip lounge served quality drinks at night. All in all, we made the best of our time there with our family but I would not recommend this resort and I will not be visiting another dreams resort.
