Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We just finished a 4day stay at Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa, celebrating our 40th Anniversary. Everything was absolutely AMAZING... food, resort grounds and service. The Spa staff was incredible. If the beach was renovated, it would be perfect!

Food was great. Staff are amazing ,very friendly from entertainment,waiters, bartenders,cleaners to gardeners..They all seem to love their jobs . We loved the fact we didn't have to reserve to eat and we had full access to all restaurants whenever. Pool entertainment was amazing. We had a blast with the staff .many laughs. Sexy Felix, Ricky, Christian,Emily,Angel and Brisa we loved you guys and will miss you all. We've been to a couple of resorts but none gave us this amazing experience. Felt like one big happy family. Thank you to Antonio,Carlos and Timo thank you for the amazing service ,our drink were always full we appreciate you guys running back and forth making sure we were very well served. You guys rock. I have read bad reviews about this resort and absolutely do not understand why. I went from December 11 - 20 2025. We will be going back to this resort and already recommending to people we know that they should go.

Close to the airport, no beach which we expected by the reviews. All the food experiences were great, except the dinner buffet wasn't our favorite. Entertainment staff during the day at the pools were awesome. The shows at night were ok I would say. Rooms were big and clean. Honestly overal no complaints food was good, staff was amazing and for what we paid would definently go back.

Dreams Puerto Morelos is a small, but very nice family friendly resort. Rooms are nice and clean and the grounds are well kept. There are several pools to choose from and plenty of chairs and beach towels. The food was really good. I highly recommend La Parilla and the Italian restaurant. The pizza by the pool was great too. The hydrotherapy circuit at the spa was excellent and Daniella was a phenomenal masseuse. She gave me a relaxing massage and facial. The only downside was a lack of beach area.

Beautiful rooms, great property. Very clean. Our kids absolutely loved the slides. Food could’ve been a bit better but for the price it was wonderful. Coffee shop had perfect coffee Salvador from the Preffered lounge was so kind and a wonderful soul.

Unfortunately, my opinion of the hotel is not good. I've been here for two weeks. We're constantly having problems with sun loungers by the pool. One day we were allowed to use the pool by the sea, but the next day they told us it was only for special guests. The hotel doesn't have a beach. It has a few sun loungers on a slope by the water, and that's it. All the services and restaurants don't deserve the 5-star rating or the price.

We had high hopes for this resort, knowing there was not a good beach. We had plans at Isla Mujeres for the beach day anyway. The room was mediocre, the food was mediocre at best, the pools were average, and we were not aware that you had to be "Club Level" to access all of them. I was excited for the pool and it was just kind of full of kids and there was absolutely nowhere to just 'be'. The wait staff were great, very friendly. I was glad we paid extra to do excursions because this is probably one of the worst AI's I've ever been to. Not sure if it's because it changed from Hyatt to Dreams or what the issue was, but I would not go back. The trip itself, weather, friendly people, and excursions made up for all of it - it is vacation after all! But if I could rate it a 2.5 I would.

Great time! Raul & florecita were amazing with instructions and service. Also Silvia did an amazing job by making me feel comfortable during my massage.

We were four generations of family members travelling on this trip. We had contacted the hotel in advance and requested that we keep the rooms close together and if all couldn't be close, we requested specific rooms that needed to be as close as possible. When we arrived at the resort, unfortunately, the not was not in our file as we were advised that it would be. After much complaining, the hotel did arrange for us to have the rooms close to the people we had requested, but only for the following day, so we were delayed in unpacking until the switches could be made. Once everything was settled, I must say that we had an amazing vacation. Erika, the lifeguard at the water park was amazing. Alberto at the Italian restaurant went above and beyond. The meals were all delicious, except for the steak restaurant. Filet Mignon is not filet mignon there. Strange, because my husband ordered the filet mignon in the French restaurant and it was a real filet mignon. This resort is great for all ages, our youngest was 3 months old and our oldest was 89. None of us were ready for the vacation to end.

We had a great time at Dreams Puerto Morelos. This is a really nice resort with a very friendly and accomadating staff. We would definitely go back. The resort is very family friendly, but also has some adult pools and member pools that are a bit quieter as well. Overall a good food experience. Their Preferred Breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed a ocean front, pool front room. You could enjoy the sunrise and walk out to the pool from your room in the morning. The beach is definitely not great with very little beach to walk on, but their pools definitely make up for the beach. We enjoyed the spa as well and had some massages and body treatments. Very good therapists. Our butler, Didier, did a phenominal job as always. Very good butler. The pool wait staff was awesome. They also had really good fire grilled pizzas for lunch. Their other lunch restaraunt, Balik, had amazing Fish Tacos. Our housekeeper did a great job keeping everything clean for us. There are always a few little things here and there that could improve, but overall we were happy and definitely will be back to visit again soon.
