Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

My wife and I came on holiday and it’s been a horrible experience. The lines for the restaurants are terrible. Over two hour wait for every restaurant including the buffet! They don’t have enough food for the amount of people at the resort. Once we are seated the wait for food is another hour. I’ll never comeback to this resort.

We had a terrible experience with our family during our 4 day seat with a group of 13 because: 1) raccoons in the night attacked our room service plates waking us up in the middle of the night, 2) Sewer smell outside of building 6 every night, 3) bad / slow room and housekeeping service, 4) lack of vegetarian food options and food lacking taste and flavor - Myoko food did not taste authentic at all and pasta in buffet was very dry, dinner buffet was limited options, 5) limited to none beach, 6) inability to make reservations at hibachi, 7) rude service - pizza man at pool restaurant yelled at children, 8) dirty rooms and public bathrooms

From the moment we arrived at this hotel it’s been one issue after another. Waiting 3 hours after arriving for our room because they messed the reservation we had no towels or robes I had to dry off with a hand towel. We got ONE room key because “they didn’t have enough” the food situation is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. When you try and eat at any restaurant including the buffet it’s over a hour wait. When there are MANY available tables. The buffet has hardly any food. They are grossly under staffed. The poor bartenders get swamped all night. When we tried to get a cab to leave go eat elsewhere not only where they extremely rude they tried to hustle us for a 70 can ride each way. It’s by far the worst all inclusive I’ve ever been to.

Wonderful holiday. Lots for kids and teens. Yes no beach because of the hurricane last year. Pools are fabulous as are the staff

Bartenders were great, as we're waiting staff. Super friendly. Night life entertainment was somewhat boring... same things every night. Customer service/housekeeping was horrible. I had to message 4 times about needing towels so we could shower( they took them, but didnt give us new ones), and our fridge was not restocked( water, pop) the entire 4 days there.

We stayed at Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa from Dec 23–27, 2025 (all-inclusive) and unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised or what we expected for the cost. Key issues: Butler service was not provided. We booked based on the expectation of a butler/personal concierge experience (help with dining reservations, arranging activities, room preferences, etc.). That level of service simply did not happen. Preferred Club lounge access was effectively unavailable most of the stay. Our key card did not work for the lounge and it wasn’t properly resolved until the last day, so we missed the benefit for the majority of our trip. Dining options were far more limited than advertised. Marketing references enjoying cuisine across many venues, but during our stay several were closed and others were booked beyond our checkout date, which made it very difficult to actually access the dining choices you’d expect at an all-inclusive. We also asked about whether reservations were needed and did not get a clear response in time to help. Food and drinks were disappointing overall, and we experienced unsanitary conditions, which is unacceptable at any resort—especially at this price point. Entertainment was not “nightly.” We only saw two nights of entertainment during the entire stay. I’m sharing this so other travelers can plan accordingly. If you’re paying a premium expecting a seamless “luxury” all-inclusive experience with consistent amenities, confirmed access, strong food/drink, cleanliness, and nightly entertainment, you may be disappointed. Tips for future guests: Confirm in writing (before arrival) which restaurants are open, how reservations work, entertainment schedule, and how Preferred Club access is handled—then check your key card immediately on arrival.

Fantastic All Inclusive Vacation get away with family. Great property, excellent amenities, brilliant food and beverage choices. My family and I went there with zero expections and we were absolutely thrilled every seconds of what we had positively experienced. A brilliant 2025 Christmas vacation. A MUST VISIT Destination.

Our family of 12 had 5 rooms at the Dreams Puerto Morelos over Christmas. Pros: Pretty good restaurants that did not have long waits. Pool service was excellent and we very much appreciated two of our pool servers - Carlos and Leonardo. It was fun to meet them and learn a bit about their family. We reserved pool cabanas each day we were at the resort. We had a great experience reserving these, as well as the special Christmas dinner on the beach. Angel, the Food and Beverage Director, helped us to book these (be sure to inquire about any Champagne specials). Angel ensured our stay was top notch throughout. We did a day at the spa as well - excellent resort style spa that is well appointed and includes a hydrotherapy session with any service. Thanks to Emmanuel for helping me set-up reservations and package deals for the spa. Cons: Rooms are a bit dated and tend to be damp. We struggled at times to get the restaurants to accommodate a large group for dinner. Be aware that the beach has washed away with the exception of one row of chairs. The beach was under red flag the entire time we were there and I would not call it swimmable.

The resort is wonderful with best Spa activities and food . The pool was awsome with lots of kids activities . The restaurants were very good
