The service & food was excellent. The beach situation is not ideal if you like the beach, but if you don't, then you'll be able to enjoy the variety of pools while still 'seeing' the ocean. It was not crowded at all when we went in March, which was wonderful! Our room on the 1st floor backed up to the UVC club pool, so it was extremely peaceful.

The resort was very nice but the CoCo café was outstanding. Ricardo and Karina are the most friendly and absolutely amazing Baristas. We enjoyed top notch coffees, latte's, cappuccino's and more all week. Great spot!

Beautiful, stunning resort with the most dedicated and hard working employees. They deserve so much praise! I was in awe in how hard everyone was working in the intense heat!

Best hotel I have ever stayed at to date 😊 Room service was amazing and I enjoyed all the food. My 3 year old daughter had a blast in all the pools and waterpark. Coffee shop was amazing. The app for the hotel is a must! All staff were so friendly. From check in to check out everything was perfect 👌🏽

Best spa expérience with Olga for the massage et Jazmine for the hydrothérapie. Small resort et great ambiance. Employes are very happy et welcoming!

We thought this place looked pretty magical and I was looking for a healing and relaxing trip after recently losing my mom. Literally this was the worst resort I have ever been to. Ever. To advertise as 5 stars and for the price it was an absolute joke and one million percent false advertising. Horrible food, horrible customer service, bug infestation, food poisoning, not getting preferred anything even though we paid for that level, useless ‘butler’, stained furniture in rooms, a very strong sewage smell through hallways of some buildings, jets not working on either tub in master front ocean suite, air conditioning stopped working, dirty basic amenities upon arrival of room (spoons, tub, major bug problem that had apparently been sprayed but then getting them to come and follow through with cleaning up said piles of bugs was like pulling teeth), the list goes on. Burgers being restocked in the outside grill being pulled out of 8” deep liquid of some kind. Running out of basic snacks at the pool or items like cheese for a burger 5 days out of 10 and fries 2 of the days. My son was served a ‘hashbrown’ that was so overcooked he thought he broke his tooth. Room service one night took almost 3 hours and literally 3 tries to get a burger to come with no cheese for my son even after specifying on the app AND on the phone when they called our room to confirm our order and the first wait time of 70 minutes which seemed long but understandable. He didn’t get to eat until almost 11 because of the continued screw ups. Even basic things like bacon and sausage are not available in the buffet. We found out a week into the trip you can order bacon from your server. We were also put in a building with no working elevator other than the next building to get over even after specifying before arrival and at check in I have a mobility issue. They finally changed us rooms after a week and that was when the bug infestation and dirty amenities started. We were also told one week into our stay that children are no longer allowed in any of the preferred club areas downstairs. When we walked past that area for dinner, there were multiple kids in the area just hanging out. So we messaged our butler and were told that she actually made a mistake and was given wrong information. As well, online when you book, there is nothing about the sports bar area being adults only or for teenagers during the day only. This was very disappointing to my guys as they are very big sports fan and we honestly would’ve probably booked somewhere else even just based on that alone so they could catch their favourite games still. I was also told over one weekend to our trip that there is apparently a preferred menu available for room service. Nobody informed us of this, including our Butler. When I asked about it, she once again told me that I can find the information on the app. So when I questioned where on the app, she then stated oh dear, I don’t see it there either. So sorry about that. So it makes me wondering question how many people are paying for preferred services and not actually receiving what they are paying for. I would never stay here again or recommend it to family or friends. Spoke with two separate managers- Carlos and Yosalet- and carlos even admitted this location is not even remotely up to dreams standards and that he has worked at many. It’s shocking and very misleading to advertise as a 5 star place for what we received. Very disappointed to say the least and wish we would have listened to the other reviews. Truly we thought some people just like to complain but this place was a total gong show of an experience and really quite gross on many levels. Beautiful property grounds though for sure minus the beach but we knew about that going. Most of the staff at restaurants were beyond lovely, although it was ridiculous to have to wait over an hour sometimes and wait at all really for half empty restaurants. And don’t even get me started about trying to find a chair to use at the pool for the day. They finally started cracking down on people not saving chairs but unless you randomly lucked out which we did a couple of times, it was next to impossible find a place to sit by the pool, let alone as a group and we were only 3 people. Save your money and your headache. I will include photos in the comments but heads up they include a large pile of bugs multiple times. They would clean the pile once after repeatedly asking to have it dealt with and within an hour the pile would be back. It also begs to question what kind of poison is so strong that is being sprayed. I should also mention that the evening that we finally complained to management after a horrible evening with room service and food poisoning the night before, we were offered two massages. Then our Butler showed up in our room with some forms at 10 at night for me to sign for the free massages, she put it under the top context as. Turns out they were actually NDA forms. I refused to sign. I would give this location maybe a two star rating at best. It was extremely frustrating to have to deal with management even once let alone multiple times and have zero follow through with promises or apologies.

The Spa experience complemented my workouts, walking, and movement around the resort wonderfully! I received the best body treatment, care and attention with Alex.

Les employées ne sont pas très accueillants en général. La personne a l'accueil a prétendu que mon séjour devait être payé à l'arrivée alors qu'il avait été intégralement payé sur l'application Booking. Nous avons perdu de longues heures à régler ce problème. La nourriture est très médiocre et ce dans tous les restaurants que nous avons testé. Aucune vie le soir, tout était fermé à 22h

Wonderful experience with a large group. Our butler, Cyndi, made the experience enjoyable at every turn-planning everything for our entire group. Yes, there is no beach and the nightly activities are limited. But the resort makes up for it otherwise.

Awesome spot to relax, but no beachfront due to recent hurricane. Staff experience was exceptional and pools were best ever seen! Gym was incredible and physical set of resort made everything accessible! Incredible food at restaurants and buffet, with Christmas plans intentionally set for beautiful dining.
