Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. We would especially like to highlight the excellent service at the bars — the service was outstanding: fast, attentive, and very friendly. Special thanks to Sonia García, Bar Captain, for her professionalism and excellent team management. You can really feel the quality control and genuine care for guests. We will definitely be back!

Room was very clean, and so was resort. Shout out to Angel (waiter), Felix and Ricardo (entertainment) for the awesome hospitality! Stay was amazing, all the shows and events were incredible!! Will definitely be back!

Dreams puerto Morelos was a wonderful family resort to stay at. Everything was clean and the service was outstanding. The rooms were gorgeous and there were so many activities for our family to participate in. Miguel from the butler team was the BEST! We were so appreciative of everything he did for us!!

Such an incredible experience! Easy travel from the Cancun Airport, clean/oversized rooms with balcony, food was prepared fresh and so delicious - Asian was our favorite, (no reservation required which is always the BEST!), evening shows and daily activities ran on time and so much fun, and the Staff was absolutely amazing! Big shout out to Dennis - Entertainment Supervisor and Luis at the Buffet!

Horrible service, à la cartes took hours and room was nasty. Paid for walk out pool didn’t get it. Couch was nasty. Toilet didn’t flush. Definitely not 5 star

Staff was fantastic. Service with a great attitude. I need to highlight Manuel at check-in. Cindy as our butler. Daniela and Michelle on spa staff. Timo on pool service. Karina at coffee shop. Food was very good. Meeting space that fit out group of 80. Lots of pools to spread out, including adults only pool. I recommend them!

I was there on a work trip and this resort fell flat for me. The event went really well itself however outside of the event I was underwhelmed by this property. The closet doors and drawers barely closed and seemed dated. There was no exterior handle on our patio door, just loose screws. The preferred club is NOT worth it. I received no extra attention, no concierge level service that I was expecting. And the "upgraded" liquor in the lounge was not upgraded at all with their highest whiskey being Jim Beam, which is not a good whiskey.

Ravi at the spa was awesome, slight language barrier but made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the services!

This small resort was great in the ways that matter most: the staff was genuinely wonderful across every area of the property, and the food was consistently good throughout our stay. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do, and that warmth goes a long way. For families, there's real potential here. The kid-friendly areas are a highlight, and the intimate size of the resort creates a relaxed, personal atmosphere you won't find at a large all-inclusive. If the pricing is right, it could be a sweet spot for families looking for something low-key. That said, I'd be doing future guests a disservice not to mention the facility concerns. The rooms show their age — several areas we saw had visible signs of wear, and some showed water or mildew damage that needs attention. We also experienced very low water pressure throughout our stay, and on our final day had no cold water for a couple of hours, which left us without a functioning toilet temporarily. One more important note: if beach access is a priority, this may not be the right fit. The resort has very little beach to speak of.
