Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

We spent 10 days in the Prefered Club,which gave you upgraded rooms,use of ocean front pool, a la carte breakfast option, butler service, private lounge with very nice snacks and premium drinks. We have stayed at more costly resorts and I must say this is very near to their standards. The grounds were extremely well maintained throughout. A big thank you to all the staff. who were the best we have ever had. A special mention must be given to the coffee shop, which was excellent. Food in all restaurants was good, including the buffet which had a wonderful selection. Rooms were great and cleaned immaculately each day. To summarise: Pros- Grounds well maintained, cleanliness of resort great,food very good,all staff excellent. Praise must be given to the management in running a resort of this size so smoothly for its guests. Cons: No real beach anymore but it didnt bother us as we prefer the pool. Our room however had superb ocean front views. The only real issue was with the replenishment of the mini bar, which was hit and miss, but a quick call to reception each time sorted this within 15 mins with an apology. All in all,I would recommend this resort.

We went in May 2026 and didn’t have the best experience. Was in building 8. It smelled like mold and sewing in the room and in the entire building. Shower was clogged the whole week. Pillows are horrible. A/C extremely noisy. Always the same 3 restaurants open on 8 or 9. Food was not great at all. No variety. Truely not a 5 star. I do not recommend and we will not go back. Especially spending 5000$ for a week. Only positive points was the staff. They are extremely nice. The site is beautiful and clean.

Just returned from a relaxing week away at Dreams Puero Morlos. It's an amazing resort and spa. As many have already said it not on the beach but the sea front views are amazing. The rooms are spacious with a garden front or balcony. Lovely walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath. With 5 pools one a infinity pool, you are spoilt for choice. The hotel is very clean with workers constantly maintaining various areas. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Some restaurants were not open whilst we were there or the buffet option normally available in the world cafe. This made food options quite limited but it does not impact the wonderful resort and pleasant staff we met whilst staying here. I'll definitely be back next year. A huge thank you to the wonderful hotel Manager Yesy who listened to our concerns and offered a solution, she's amazing! Didier our butler, Andres, Olga and Yuri from the spa. Everyone at breakfast and in the restaurants, too many to name!

We definitely won't be going back. First time traveling to a Dreams resort and restaurants were closed & guests had no places to eat. Staff was great. Spa was amazing. We have been traveling for over 30 years to different resorts & thought we would give this one a try, definitely not worth it

We had the most amazing time at Dreams Puerto Morelos Spa! We had Alex and Mayra and they were absolutely fantastic! I have had massages all over the world and this one was in top 3! If you find yourself at Dreams, don’t miss this spa experience ♥️

We had a relaxing stay at Dreams Puerto Aventuras Resort & Spa. The staff were kind and hardworking, the rooms were clean, and the food and pools were enjoyable overall. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful. One thing to note is that the beach area is very limited, so if having a large swimmable beach is important to you, this may not be the best fit. Overall though, we appreciated the experience and had a nice time away.
