Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Spa was very enjoyable. The nice man Elazer got us all set up with the spa. He is a very helpful man. Algradro was my massage therapist. He may have given me the best massage of my life. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room's are very clean and nice. Food was over all good.

Similar to other reviewers. Typically do not stay at an all inclusive as sitting around all day isn't that appealing, but this was quite nice. The staff was simply superb. Juan at restaurant reservations constantly checked in on us whether at the pool, or seeing me out and about. Nallely at Ru De Rivoli, Timon as a waiter,Ricky for events, just everyone is amazing. There is little beach which was unfortunate, so ended up sitting by the pool, which was OK, but prefer seeing the ocean over a bunch of people. Timon and the other waiters were great at bringing drinks and really liked the hamburgers and pizza from Barefoot Grill. The meals were excellent. Miyako had great Japanese, Ru de Rivoli had an excellent steak and La Parilla was great. Didn't get to Ki sadly. Oh and the skewers at Balik were excellent. The desserts were disappoing. The mousse (which is my favorite) was more a chocolate jello than a light and airy mousse. The cakes were ok, there was one that was great, but the rest were just ok. The omelets at World Cafe were very good, but the orange juice did not taste fresh. Perhaps spoiled by Costa Rica. We did try room service and it was good. The tortilla soup almost had the consistency and look of red sauce for enchiladas. Uber worked well and got into town for around $7 each way. We did use the shuttle which was easy to use and they met us at the airport. Overall an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay here again mostly because of the staff. The lack of a beach is unfortunate though.

I recently stayed at Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa as a graduation gift and family trip, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the Dreams expectations that we’ve come to love and expect from their resorts. As always we paid extra for the Preferred Club service, and I would strongly caution others before doing the same. The upgrade offered very little added value beyond a slightly better room view. The service and overall experience were not noticeably different. In fact, there was only one “preferred” bar, and access was restricted (for example, you couldn’t enter if you were wet), which made it inconvenient rather than exclusive. The bar service across the resort lacked consistency—drinks varied widely depending on who made them. The food was another major disappointment, with limited quality and variety throughout the stay. What stood out most negatively was the staff attitude. We encountered several instances of rudeness, which made the experience feel unwelcoming and far from the level of service expected at a resort of this category. For families, this is not as ideal as advertised. The kids’ activities are clearly geared toward toddlers, despite marketing that suggests it accommodates children up to age 12. Older kids will likely be bored. The resort itself is quite small, which may appeal to some, but it felt limiting. The beach was especially disappointing—very small, rocky, and the water was not clean or inviting. The water park also requires constant supervision, even for older children, which takes away from the ability for parents to relax. Overall, this resort did not deliver on value, service, or family experience. I would not recommend spending extra on Preferred Club, and I would suggest looking at other resorts if you are traveling with children or expecting a higher-end all-inclusive experience.

We had fantastic time at the SPA and I would like to highly recommend Adara and Alejandro.

Just returned form here and this hotel is good but a few little niggles could make it even better The beach isn't really there only a man made version within the grounds, The music gets extremely loud after the entertainment finishes and is constant so take ear defenders, mini bar wasn't re stocked every day so we had to ask, this was for water, beers, soft drinks and of course the Pringles The waiting and serving staff are brilliant all round We paid for the preference club package which is really worth it I felt, sadly the reception staff didn't look at our voucher and showed no interest in us on registering on check in, we had to ask for this package and I felt that they were doing us a favour when we did the next day, they resolved this in the end thankfully and it was worth it, yes we would return but only if there was a proper beach

Felix with entertainment was amazing! The resort was beautiful and food was fantastic. Perfect getaway for our girls trip!

The service was great Felix was with us in the sports bar helping get the hockey game on and then we caught up the next day and he made us bracelets at the pool. Food is decent could be better but service is great.
