Location was nice. The food was lovely

Having to pay £11 for parking when I had just paid £600 for accommodation . I thought It would have been included at that price Getting a phone call at 9.00 in the morning asking to move the car for maintenance. Lucky I wasn’t asleep. A bit much.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Unfortunately we had a few noise issues with the people in the room above us. Not any fault of the hotel, but did effect our sleep two nights in a row.

Great location a short walk from the centre of St Helier. Good bar and restaurant service.

Room was a bit hot, and as on busy road couldn’t open windows as would have been too noisy.

Lovely clean place, good choice for breakfast ,not too far from the centre, staff very friendly and attentive

If you have problems with joints ask for a room with a lift. First floor has no lift, I had a bad hip and my husband has bad knees so up and down the stairs didn't help, and the carpet on the stairs to our room is in bad condition ripped and a bit slippery , the only problem with the room was if you open the door to the wardrobe it banged in the door spring , and the toilet flusher kept sticking. The place is a bit tired.

Lovely hotel, only had breakfast but was simply done, but one of the best I've had. All staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. Bar area was lovely again staff spot on, and very good value for money Location is unbelievable, 10mins walk into centre of town

The bed, was very hard, we didn't really sleep well during our stay, personal choice I know. Room could do with a bit of an update. We paid extra for pool view and very nice to wake up to the view. however noise around the room, from below was excessive
