The Savoy Jersey

Property was beautiful, rooms really comfortable. We had a suite with balcony and balcony was great .

The evening meal . Al a carte and no other choice. Which for us was not an option. Breakfast was great though plenty of choice .

That the Savoy offered parking & close proximity to St. Helier. Staff very attentive e & main Restaurant excellent for evening dinner.

The room doors could easily slam making it noisy if other residents were late in at night & noisy anyway!

The staff were amazing they was super friendly and welcoming and very attentive and helpful. The lady on reception who booked us in was amazing. All the staff in the hotel always greeted you and said hello, great customer service Breakfast was good lots to choose from. Rooms was clean and tidy and spacious. Dinner at restaurant in the evening was really good with great service. Lovely little swimming pool with seating area. Would visit again. Short walk to town.

The rooms are paper thin very noisy can hear a lot of talking banging and door slamming

Great boutique hotel close to St Helier town centre. Lovely public spaces and even a lovely pool. Bedrooms a good size, equipped well, very comfortable and spotless.

Nothing not to like. Unfortunately I believe the hotel is up for sale and there’s a proposal to build some new eco homes on the site. I’m sure the island needs housing but the loss of this hotel to the hospitality sector would in my opinion be a sad loss.

Lobby is very nice, that was about it.

Disappointing customer service. Arrived in the evening. Attempted to order food from the kitchen. Asked for eggs. Was told I had to pick from a rather overpriced menu offering anything but eggs. Felt disappointed that it appeared it was too much to ask the kitchen to fry an egg or two. There are likely better places to stay on the island :)

Location was good. Entrance lovely

We were asked to turn tv down at 5.15pm! Hoovering at 11.20Pm with banging off skirting boards

Check-in swift and room good size.

Decor a little bit dated and slightly out of town for location.
