Good value for money. Excellent food and very obliging staff.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Savoy and since the first time we understand it has changed ownership. The only negative point I would like to raise is that there is only one disabled taking space and the disabled access and egress is through a part of the hotel which we found to be occupied by other customers on several occasions, meaning the steps had to be used which was inconvenient. That is the only negative point but it would not stop us rebooking for another holiday there.

Grande aide et accueil de la part de l’équipe lorsque qu’on a eu des problèmes de bateau. Literie au top, emplacement parfait !

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus chaleureux avec un peu plus de propositions fraîches (salade de fruits, lait vegan)

Well situated in St. Helier easy to walk into town. Had a good size car park if you had hired a car to travel. Room was a decent size we had twin beds. Comfortable beds nice pillows. Bathroom had nice toiletries available. Good shower. Well stocked tea & coffee room facilities. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice and all cook freshly. Staff were attentive and very friendly. Had a lovely bar & restaurant ate twice in there in the evening. Good quality produce. Had a very good jazz band on the Friday evening which was a good way to end our trip.

The staff were so lovely, each member was friendly, very helpful and polite, I had a room change, which didn’t seem a bother to them. The food in the restaurant was delicious- all be it small in size - however it was fine for me. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The lovely staff are what made the visit. Good room facilities, ironing board, hair dryer etc

No blackout on curtains so soon as the sun came up at 5:30 I was awake. Honestly the curtains baffled me - not sure why they couldn’t close, or why a big gap. No charging points near the bed- not a big deal, jusy something I’d think is normal to have nowadays, closest plugs are at the desks.

Man ist schnell im Stadtbereich, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Lage unseres Zimmer war schlecht, da es genau dort war, wo man aus der Hintertüre der Küche ins Freie kommt. Es wurden spät abends Flaschen und Müll entsorgt, was sehr laut ist. Man musste direkt an unserem Fenster vorbeilaufen. Das Türenzuschlagen der Zimmer von Gästen ist sehr unangenehm am frühen Morgen.
