Rude staff member and one last day a cockroach in our room I formed cleaner and reception ladies

Great size room. Reception was nicely presented. Impressive staircase.

Bed could have been so much bigger for the size of the room (34). Decor is tired. Bathroom very tired and uninviting. Bath too small to use and had those non slip things stuck to the bottom for the shower over bath, which was not good at all. Towels far too small. TV signal intermittent when the weather was bad. Room at front looked over the fire station which was very noisy, as was the road. Staff were mainly ok, bar the surly woman at breakfast and then in the bar area. Didn't sleep well at all because of bed size and noise. Would not recommend or return.

No air con only a very small desk fan, had to pay for parking. Location next to an ambulance station and opposite a fire station, although didn’t seem to be a problem.

Breakfast was perfectly adequate the food fresh and exactly what was needed. The restaurant and bar were nice and served good food. Staff were friendly and attentive and accommodating Pool was a bonus and the provision of extra towels for the pool was useful.

Although the rooms were perfectly clean and had all the required facilities they were slightly dated and lacked air conditioning.
