The young gents that checked me in was awesome

The beds were comfortable.

The building is very outdated ,inside and out. Lights didn't work,bugs on the wall.Toilet seat broken,old bathtub.

NOTHING

EVERYTHING! They own multiple hotels. You can only check in and out at one. Upon check-in, you get your room key and you drive to your hotel. Check in person barely spoke English. I had to go back to the check-in hotel three times to get my room key to work. Then the man behind the desk wanted to argue that the key was working. Which clearly it was not, why would I want to drive back to that hotel three times just to get in my room. The bathtub had a constant drip. The floors were dirty. The smoke detector had a plastic bag taped over it. The room smelled of mothballs and smoke. The beds were hard. Upon checkout, the new guy did not ask how my stay was. In fact, he never looked up from his phone to even make eye contact or greet me. I informed him that I was checking out and he said to just leave the key on the counter. Horrible customer service. Everything in the room was outdated. Overpriced. I will never stay there again.

Easy access and convenient. Beds were comfortable.

The smell and did not look the best.

Area around the motel was dirty and run down. Having to go to another establishment to check in was odd. Sheets on the bed were not the correct size and you can feel the springs in the beds.

Clean room. Good value for the money compared to the surrounding hotels.

No breakfast.

Room was clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Nearby town, but not too noisy from traffic.

That the manager put us in a different room at a different hotel that was more decent than what we originally had gotten because none of the pictures on any of our bookings had matched what we walked into.

When we got there, our room smelled like chemicals. It looked like something had happened because the chair had stains on it very musty all around extremely bad room called the property manager, and he came and put us in another room at a different hotel that they all own that room was decent
