Grand Hotel Europa Palace

The location of the property was great. Loved the pool, beach and the service was wonderful.

Staff was polite and attentive, hotel location is superb, just minutes from the city center and overlooks the water. Very clean and well maintained. We got the suite downstairs which had 3 balconies that were built into the rock formation. Daily breakfast featured an omelette station and fresh fruit with pastries. Definitely recommend staying here while in Sorrento.

We loved the hotel. Beautiful location and enjoyed the waterfront and the pool. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially helping us with a passport mishap. Hotel is beautiful and clean but could use a little updating. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here on my next visit.

This is the most central and most fabulous location in Sorrento! walkable, and the private beach is exceptional. Staff 10 . Breakfast so lovely. will stay here again in a second!!!

Great location, pool, pier. The rooms were needing updating. It took a contortionist to take a shower due to the layout. Staff nice. Breakfast good.

We visited for 4 nights and were delighted by our experience. Check-in was easy, despite arriving after midnight. Good choice of breakfast including made-to-order omelettes. Evening food is good quality & freshly made. Rooms clean and comfortable. We had a junior suite overlooking the harbour. Nice & quiet! Lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers, never full or a scramble to reserve. The hotel has recently been bought & staff are all new. They’re clearly trained to have guest experience high on their agenda. Vincenzo & Sergio in the restaurant were particular highlights. Nothing is too much trouble. I believe there’s a refurb going on this autumn which will be a good excuse to go back & see what they’ve done! Overall an exceptional hotel. Calm, quiet, friendly, accommodating and high quality. Couldn’t ask for more!

We had a wonderful five night stay here. The staff are amazingly kind, helpful and friendly. The pool was large and very nice as well as the deck down by the sea with one of the sides rocky and one side sandy so no water shoes needed. The location to the town center is just a quick five minute walk which made it great for dining, shopping and sightseeing. The breakfasts included and very good in a most beautiful setting and the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius was a great place to enjoy the views each night. The hotel and rooms are definitely older but we were told they are undergoing a major renovation shortly. I’d stay again either way. We had a great time here and were treated so well!

Our room was very hot! The air conditioner did not appear to be working at all. The hotel was beautiful however.
