"Friendly, elegant surroundings"

Such a lovely hotel - the word "grand" certainly does it justice. The public areas have beautiful paintings and objets d'art, and the rooms extremely comfortable. The staff are just fantastic: Vincenzo, Giorgio, Mario, Luigi & Alessia (to name a few!) are so friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel in Sorrento. We had views of the sea, balcony and excellent service at this hotel. We loved the pool and also a pier with steps into the sea. The staff was amazing and made our stay perfect. We will be back

Loved the entire resort. it was great location, good ocean swimming.. Just the Air Conditioning was Awful!! Like room was just to hot. All you could do was sleep in room and when it was 95 out it was not easy. If it was 80 outside I would stay here many times over. But not when its in the 90s. AC can not keep up!!!

"Best views of Sorrento"

The service and staff were AMAZING! The views from the terrace were breathtaking. This hotel is gorgeous! We enjoyed the beach club and pool. The breakfast was lovely. Great location, spectacular views, unbelievable staff and service! We will be back! Thank you!

Clearly a highly reputable place. Incredibly well located, charming but the hotel starts to look tired and needs some attention. Rustic charm, yet doors that don’t double lock, antique safe that can’t lodge a lot, carpets that have seen much better days. However, such a fantastic location and great staff.

The hotel is superb with beautiful views and excellent facilities. The location is perfect 5 mins stroll from the centre of Sorrento and close to the train station and port for excursions.

"Pretty, dated, nice view"

Dated hotel but pretty inside, farther away from town center than you might think. Great services, but room walls are thin and sound travels, could hear the people next door just talking. Great view of the port and Naples and Vesuvius though.
