"Perfect Experience"

Perfect location downtown with lots of restaurants. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was so polite and helpful. The ambiance is so beautiful with artwork, texture, and sculpture. Check-in was a breeze and my room had a modern look. The evening turndown service was my favorite because a soft, comfy rob was left on my bed accompanied with slippers. The chocolate and water was a nice touch.

"Do not stay here"

Possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had considering the price paid for this stay. The room was small and poorly laid out with a large foyer?? The shower had two bottles of shampoo but no soap. The housekeeping staff knocked on the door daily multiple times despite having the do not disturb sign up. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbor's entire phone conversation. We ordered breakfast at 8:45 and never received it even after calling to inquire and being told twice that it was "in route".

The Weekend Coffee team, including Fatima and Matthew, are fantastic. My work mornings are much better when I stop by for my macchiato and breakfast taco. And you can’t beat that Joule lounge ambiance

"The Joule Nashville"

the Joule is a wonderful hotel, rooms were wonderful and super comfy. We had a suite with small living room which is perfect for two dogs. The hotel was so welcoming with our two dogs so it made the two days so much easier. Also, the food/room service in the restaurant was amazing. All the staff were so helpful. We will go back again.
