"Shanice at Sassetta"

Went to Sassetta for Valentine’s Day and my waitress Shanice was the absolute best ever.. I do a lot of traveling and I’d say hands down in any establishment she was the best waitress I ever had.. full of knowledge about the menu, provided decent conversation when she came to check up on us.. even offered a new drink recommendation…. 5 stars for her!

"Amazing staff and experience"

The staff was warm and exceptionally helpful. Every time I saw them, they asked if I had everything I needed. Valarian Randle, Malik and Mike were always around and had answers to all my questions. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfy and well appointed, the location is great. Having fruit water out in the lobby was always refreshing after walking around downtown. I would definitely love to stay here again!

"Perfect honeymoon, check! ✅"

My wife and I came here the day we got married for our honeymoon and it was something we will remember for the rest of our lives. The hotel is beautiful and the spa is just perfect. David and Colette are amazing. They both literally went out of their way to make our honeymoon memorable and they seriously went above and beyond I’m honestly shocked. They both truly seem to really care about customers and we will make it back to the Joule atleast once a year. Can’t wait to go back! Also I recommend buying the robes they are really comfy
