"Great lunch at Sassetta"

We had a great business lunch at Sassetta. This was my second time taking clients there and we specifically requested Karynna. She is a very balanced server with skills to come around when needed but also perceptive enough not interrupt important conversations. I will continue to take people here, especially from out of town, as their dishes are all very good.

"The Joule, The True Jewel of Downtown Dallas"

My husband and I were in Dallas, Texas for the first time on a business trip. We had the most exceptional experience, and I want to highlight the standout team. Liz, at the front desk, welcomed us with warmth, arranged the house car, and made us feel at home in the area. Over in food & bev, Harrison and Alex were the dynamic duo we didn’t know we needed. Hospitable, fun, and just all-around good vibes. At the restaurant Sassetta, Karynna service was impeccable. And Mike Jones in valet? A gentleman to the core, he somehow knew exactly when my Uber arrived, personally escorting me across the street and opening the car door. The whole staff made this stay something special! Beyond, beyond, beyond! The southern hospitality was top tier!

Amazing, so attentive, bed was so comfortable and clean, shower was lovely, all the amenities are top notch and the service was to die for. Dine in food was top tier and complimentary ride was so convenient. Everyone was so friendly and would def recommend to anyone.
