"Service that actually means something"

Our stay at The Joule Hotel was great from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, which immediately set the tone for the stay, the staff was welcoming right away, we were upgraded to a beautiful penthouse suite, and Malik, the MOD, walked us up and made sure everything was set. After I got back to Los Angeles, I realized I had left my iPad at the hotel. After some back and forth, it couldn’t be located, even though it was showing as being in the building. David, the head of security, personally took over, did one last full search, and then spoke with upper management. Without me ever having to ask, they worked together to approve a replacement. That meant a lot to me, especially since my iPad is something I rely on daily for work. The property is beautiful, the service is excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was great, from the front desk to the restaurant. This was all during a huge snowstorm that had basically shut Dallas down, which makes it even more impressive. I travel often, and trust matters when you’re staying somewhere. I felt taken care of here, and I will definitely stay at The Joule again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Dallas.
