From the minute, we were welcomed in with a drink to the time that we left they were at our service with anything we needed. They also run a shuttle to the city center every 30 minutes throughout the day, which is very convenient. Of the Michelin star restaurant is in your agenda, plan at least 3 hours for dinner.

We recently stayed at your hotel and was impressed by the high standards of service, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the staff. Everyone I interacted with was extremely polite and clearly well-trained in customer service etiquette. I truly appreciated the effort made to ensure guests feel welcome and looked after. That said, I did feel at times that the service was a bit overly scripted and pushy, which affected the authenticity of the interactions. While I understand the importance of attentive service, some moments felt more performative than genuinely warm. I believe that with a small adjustment—allowing staff to be a bit more relaxed and natural in their approach—you could elevate the experience from excellent to exceptional. Authenticity, when paired with professionalism, is often what sets truly memorable hospitality apart. Thank you again for your hospitality. I look forward to seeing how your guest experience continues to evolve.

I have a done fair amount of traveling and stayed at some very nice hotels, but after a 4 night stay here, this might have been the BEST overall experience I have had at a hotel in my life. Every single part was on point. First of all, the hotel is gorgeous! The views you get of Positano at the rooftop pool and from our room that had a balcony were breathtaking both during the day and at night. We spent a good amount of time on the rooftop, which is one of the best parts about the hotel especially when the weather is nice. The food and drinks were all delicious. Most importantly, the service was truly exceptional. Every single area of the hotel we went, we were greeted with incredibly kind staff members making sure we had anything we wanted. All of them were amazing, but we spent a lot of time with Gigi and Valeria at the rooftop pool and both were so accommodating and friendly. I could go on and on, but genuinely I could not have expected a better experience staying here and was told by multiple local Italians that this is the best place to stay in Positano. Made sense to us after we stayed here! Highly recommend this hotel and I seriously don't have 1 negative thing to say about it.
