The rooftop pool and breakfast

The concierge is a total joke. We wanted to go to Capri and the concierge “highly suggested” us to take their €2K private boat. She didn’t bother to give me any other options. When I asked her about the ferry times, she seemed so insulted that I even asked.

Wonderful and kind staff who pay close attention to you and are always there to help you. Amazing views and good food!! The only thing to look out for is the hotel shuttle does not run 12-5 so if you go to lower Positano to shop, eat, beach or boat you will have to walk up a lot of stairs
