The location

The rooms were so small, tiny wardrobe for 2 people, I have to keep my clothes in my bag. I ordered 1 glass of champagne in the pool bar, it was not champagne it’s, was very bad. People at the hotel act snobby, I will never go back.

Great hotel with amazing views of Positano. The shuttle transfer to the town is provided by the hotel but is a bit limited. Very pricey compared to what you get. Loved the stay and loved the vibes. Staff were really helpful.

The staff and overall service at Hotel Villa Franca was top notch! Not to mention, the view from the rooftop pool and restaurant is absolutely incredible : ) The only one complaint we had was that there were multiple times throughout out 4-day stay that the power went out very unexpectedly and without any explanation.
