"Hotel was good massage was not"

Hotel was gpod, large rooms. Bathrooms could use renovating but functional. They only provide 2 pillows, 2 large towels. They have facecloths. They have a pool on the second floor, small but functional and they provide towels. I had a massage at the spa and hated it. They don't have any actual massage training there was no technique. It was only 415000 dong so 24 canadian for a 60 minute massage but honestly I would not go again even if it was free. They used suction cups on my back without asking and I have so many bruises on my back I look like I was beaten. Overall I enjoyed the hotel even if I would never use the spa again I would go back to the hotel. Very centrally located.

My favourite place while travelling around Vietnam - the staff are super kind - the breakfast and rooms were great and it was in a really convenient location

"Excellent"

The family room was large enough for our three teen children with an extra bed added. The connected room for parents was great. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is safe and an easy walk to many food options. The daily breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The staff were helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a family or any traveller.

This Cherish Hotel easily earned my 5* for: Good Location with reasonable prices Roomy and clean room with nice decorations Very clean bath room (important to us 😛) Good beddings (Medium to firm mattresses) nice pillows, blankets Variety, good food for breakfasts (Asian & Western) Good Staffs, quick checking in & out My special Thanks to Mr. Kevin Đăng Khoa at the front desk, for his thoughtfulness, very friendly and professional service. We definitely will come back whenever we visit Huê. Moreover, we will definitely refer The Cherish Hotel to our friends and Family.

"Great hotel"

My family of four had a two night stay, adjoining rooms. Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and tidy. Great location. The highlight was the helpful and friendly staff, especially Thi. We would recommend this hotel.

"Excellent value...but spotty wifi means we couldnt stay here agan."

Almost everthing!

The wifi was not good (though they did try to improve it). The pool and pool area is very small.
