Great location, the room is spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free bike rental is a bonus. We have used bike rental everyday during our stay getting around Hue.

We tried swimming pool on the first day of our visit. 4 out of 5 people in our family had immediate skin reactions on the face during and after the swim including redness, burning, itchiness. It was very uncomfortable. It lasts about 2 days.

Room was small but very cozy. Everything was functional and the layout of the room was good. Bed and maddress was just perfect for my back and I slept well both night staying there. The breakfast was very good as well.

The was nice (the shower could have been a bit taller but that is something I am used to). But the service was excellent. Whenever I had a problem or question the staff was there to help me. I really enjoyed my time there.
