Sheraton Phoenix Downtown

I had an excellent three night stay at this hotel in downtown Phoenix. The rooms are comfortable and clean (thank you, Maria!). The staff at check-in was so friendly and accommodating with my requests. I had a good conversation with some of the staff who seem happy to be working at the hotel. The A-line to and from the airport is wonderful and very affordable ($2 each way) and there is a wonderful pizzeria less than a 10 minute walk away. I would stay here again anytime.

The entrance of the hotel was stunning, the reception décor was beautiful also.

I honestly did not enjoy my stay, the room was small and there was hair in my room on the toilet and dirt on the floor in corners. It was not very clean. the coffee machine in the toilet (which is not a great place for it to be by the way) was full of dust there way no way I would use that. There was no tissue to blow my noise I had to ask at reception for a new box. When we got in the room the lighting wasn't great so we pulled the curtains to my surprise the window was full of bird poo, it was horrible! so we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. Our friends also stayed here and there room was worse as she complained they offered her access to the Lounge for breakfast, we went for breakfast and it was poor iv had way better breakfasts in cheaper hotels. I would no recommend this hotel to friends.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool was great for the whole family. There were also amazing views.

From the moment I walked into the Sheraton Hotel, it felt like arriving at a friend’s welcoming home—bright, comfortable, and utterly inviting. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and even went out of their way to move me into a room just steps from the fitness center so I could keep up with my workout. Every moment of my stay was delightful, and I left feeling refreshed and truly cared for.

We felt well taken care of from check-in to check-out and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sarah at the front desk, and Bryan at the front desk (pm) made our experience amazing! I have never felt so welcomed! Everyone in my reservation is involved in hospitality and so we know a thing or two about what it takes to make someone’s experience excellent, SARAH! My goodness! Remembered our faces and lead with kindness! Thank you Thank you!

The food at the restaurant was bad. Tasteless and expensive. The staff needs to be a little more friendly. The staff at &More cafe was rude, front desk wasn't nice. The only staff that was friendly were the valet employees. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, clean and quiet.
