"Whats Up With The Elevators?"

I didn't stay long enough to determine if I liked anything about the property. I did appreciate the prompt response to the text messages sent through their system. That was helpful. I did appreciate the ladies at the desk being nice enough to give me back the second floor room they assigned to me after I realized I in fact could not drag my stuff up 4 flights of stairs. I still dragged just not as many flights.

I didn't like that the elevator was out, and no one said anything until I got there. I didn't like that the stairwell was dirty. I didn't like that vending machines were not working on the first floor, and there were none on the second, so I went up to the third. I didnt like that I checked out on the 21st, but it was not communicated to the GM so that it could be updated and instead they showed me checked in the entire week when I paid for a stay at a closer location to my training site in Waxahachie. I didn't like the way Tammy kept cutting me off when I was talking to give reasoning for what they couldn't do because it was a third-party reservation. I checked out on a week day, and I was told it would be taken care of and $560 bucks later it was not. The ball was dropped. I get it, but apologize and escalate since that's what should have happened on Monday, July 21st, when I checked out since NOTHING can be done with third-party bookings by anyone except the GM. I wasn't angry. I am now because I have to work the process to get my money refunded when that would not have been the case. This just adds another level of stress to an already VERY stressful relocation for me. My first move in 20 years, and it has been rough. I would have gladly stayed at this property, but it is 20 minutes away from where I needed to be and the elevator situation just was too much. Imagine being greeted with "the room you requested isn't available because the elevator is broken. I didn't want you to have to carry your stuff all the way up so we put you on the 2nd floor"... I proceed to my car and attempt to repack my stuff so I dont have my laptop and everything hanging out and then lug all my stuff upstairs in the heat at 10pm at night, alone, exhausted from a 6 hour drive just to get up in the morning and drive 20-30 minutes to my new job, first day. I can't see paying over $500 for that.

It was cold and the staff where nice but that’s about it , not a very good place to stay at

Not sanitary , I got food poisoning from the food , everywhere smelled like cigarettes and weed the elevator smelled like it was hot boxed the staff is nice yes but they aren’t very strict with there no smoking policies , my car got hit in property and the person left it’s not a safe place to be at , they let everyone and everything in

To whom it may concern, I stayed at the hotel from March 18th to 20th. Upon my arrival, I observed that the hotel appeared to be quite crowded. During my stay, there was an incident involving another guest. Despite this, I continued with my visit. However, later that evening, my husband, children, and grandchildren were trapped in an elevator for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a lack of urgency in addressing the situation. I was shocked and considered calling emergency services, but chose to allow the staff to handle the situation. From that night until the end of our stay, the elevator remained out of service while we were on the fourth floor. I have a condition affecting my knee, and no accommodations or assistance were provided. No one from the hotel offered an apology for the inconvenience. When I checked out, I requested a discount due to these issues. The staff member at the front desk assured me that the manager would contact me, but I have not yet received any communication. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have been told the manager is unavailable each time. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning to this hotel. I also intend to share my experience with others to inform them of my concerns. Sincerely, T.Jackson
