So upsetting.. Awful experience of my life. The elevator was not working, the pool was dirty, the washers weren't working and the breakfast area was dirty. The restroom in our room felt like it was going to fall to the first floor. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. David Brown was the general manager and he did not want to work any kind of discount deal with us. SMH.

Some staff were great only one staff was the problem other than that good staff.

Elevator was not working and had to use stars up to the 4th floor had to stay an extra night because of that because my daughter has a disability but the manager David was great worked with me and resolved everything with respect and kindness. And since we communicated well everything was resolved.

What I like about the property was the cleanliness of the place and friendly staff. The breakfast was also good. Not much to choose from but it was decent. I enjoyed my stay and can’t complain.

What I didn’t like about my stay here was that I had no towels in my room. When I went down to ask for towels they said that they didn’t have any and they were all dirty so they gave me pool towels. Which I didn’t like. Another was as I was adjusting my temperature in my room a roach had came out from behind them thermostat and I was disgusted. So I wasn’t happy about my stay.

What I liked was the cleanliness of the hotel. Lobby, hallways, and rooms. Friendly staff at the front desk. I also liked the ice machines and vending machines they had available especially when arriving late.

I don’t think I had an issue at this property.

Elevater didn't work and I have a disability. They always ran out of breakfast

My family and I stayed here for one day for a wrestling event that we had the next day. The entrance is the most important part if you aren’t careful or not, there might be a chance you’ll missed it. Construction (remodeling) is still going. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean .
