"Excellent"

The views are incredible. Although our room was not one of the nicer, cleaner, updated rooms, the view made up for this. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming at all times.

"Great views, but could be closer to town"

This was a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff, but the location is less than ideal for those that want to stroll around town late at night. We took the funicular down into town one day, and walk down a foot path another time. We are young(ish) and wore comfortable shoes, but location would be less than ideal for those that are not fully ambulatory.

We stayed only for one night and we loved it. There was beautiful views of Guanajuato. The room was larger and well equipped. The hotel staff was very nice and help us. The meal we had was great!

"Great view"

We didn't want to stay in the loud busy downtown of Guanajuato, so we took a chance that it would live up to it's reviews. It did and more. We were almost the only people in the hotel. They only have six rooms.

"Spectacular view"

Boutique hotel. Colonial style with only six suites. Very good restaurant. Excellent service. Best views of the city and close to the city center. Loved it

Excellent location, great view. Highly recommended hotel in GTO. Staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating. The restaurant has a great organic menu and decent prices too. The suite was very spacious. Very clean hotel overall.

"A room with a view "

Beautiful location high above Guanajuato. Presidential suite had fantastic views of the city. Staff was very accommodating. However few spoke English. Room had adequate furnitings, was very spacious and had a beautifully tiled large bathroom. You had to take cabs to get to the town but cost was very reasonable.
